Great service. Had gotten an estimate from another plumber for $650 to hydro clean (?!?!?!) my tub drain. Leo removed 3 screws on drain and cleaned hair out of the trap. Problem solved. Also, cleared a tough clog in washing machine drain. Had to run snake 3 times. Leo was patient and committed to solving the problem. Estimate from another plumber was $900 to cut into wall and open drain pipe. Leo did both for $150 when estimate from other plumber was $1,550. Would definitely recommend A Unclog U

The technician is very nice and professional.

They were just fine. They were very friendly, nice, and competent. They were able to identify the reason for the clog. They were also able to find the source and stop the leak.

Price was exactly as advertised. In and out in 25 minutes and did not try to upsell anything. Would definitely use again.

I gave no rating for quality becuase no real work needed performing, however he could have told me it needed replacing and charged a few hundred so I appreciated the honesty

Leo, the plumber came about 1/2 hour early, not a bad thing...I wasn't used to service people coming early_ before the time scheduled ( we had a 3 hour window).. When he ccame her got to work and was done within 2 hours. Excellent job. The only thing was that I now have hot water coming out from the cold side indicator on my new faucett. It took some getting used to, but the leak is gone!

The service worked out fine. They were knowledgeable and courteous. It was a simple problem to fix and it cost me $100. I would hire them again.

I would use them again. From the person who answered my call on a Sunday, to Leo who did the job, I was satisfied with the company.

Leo arrived well within the 2 hour window the company gave me. He was a gentleman. He had to go into our crawlspace and did so without complaint. It wasn't easy, but Leo cleared it.

We found water in the basement - and we hadn't seen rain in awhile so we feared a waste line blockage. it's happened before and we knew it had to be handled quickly. Called up to schedule service and was told they could be here in a couple of hours. He arrived exactly on time and took care of the issue. Great service and very knowledgeable. Will be using them for all future needs.

Leo came and serviced the main line sewer pipe . He was upfront with costs from the beginning . If I have any other problems he is the man I will call !!

Showed up when scheduled to unclog a bathroom tub drain, did the job quickly and neatly, cleaned up afterwards. The person performing the work was pleasant and informative. I would use them again for plumbing problems.

He snaked the sink it was a waste of time and money; the next time toilet was used ; it backed up into the sink again . We called the company and they had the service man call me back. He told us again it wasn't a drain problem ; it was a vent problem on the roof and there was nothing he could do about it. The.next day I called Jerry Hazelton plumbing & heating they sent a plumber over a few hours later and he opened the drain pipe coming down from the 2nd floor in the basement. He then put a camera up into the pipe and found the stoppage ( of which I have a photo ) .So the problem wasn't the vent on the roof ; I feel the serviceman from unclog u didn't listen to me and was lazy because why didn't he open the drain to find the problem .All he kept saying was it's a vent problem. I couldn't have been more unhappy with this company.

He then solved the problem in a very short time frame and fully tested the drain to make sure that it was fully functional. He was very professional and pleasant. We had a problem with the lower floor toilet backing up, so we called on a Saturday and Leo came as scheduled on Sunday. He quickly diagnosed the problem and snaked the line. Total time was about an hour and the cost was $105 which I though was reasonable. In addition, Leo was very pleasant and took his time explaining things to us. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone with a drainage problem.

I called their number and Patricia picked up right away. The plumber, Leo would be available within a few days. He was punctual and arrived within the allotted time slot. He cleaned the drains to two bath tubs and attempted to clean the drain for the basement sink but he said my cesspool was full. We just cleaned our cesspool less than a year ago but we have a family with kids and just cleaned it less than a year ago. Overall, I thought Leo was professional and offered affordable services. I would definitely call him again if we needed another drain cleaned. I would also recommend this company to my friends and family in the future.

I was Grateful that Leo Made it to my house when he did. Today it was snowing so bad and we expect 10-14 inches of snow.The roads are real bad , but Leo made it. He told me it took him 2 hours to get from lake grove to my house in Babylon. he was done in 20 minutes and all is good. Thanks Leo For getting here in the Blizzard.

I purchased a $100 deal to clear out one drain and to do a plumbing inspection. The technician (forgot his name) was wonderful, punctual, thorough and very professional. I will definitely be requesting him the next time I need service. Overall a great experience, and my new drain company!

Noticed a sewage clog Sunday evening. I called the office # at 10pm and proceeded to leave a message. I received a return call from Patricia 5 minutes after I left a voice mail. Patiricia was very nice and we scheduled an appointment the following day. Leo arrived within the appointment timeframe and he was a professional. He proceeded to tell me the issue and began his work. All in all everything went well and my drain was unclogged. The cost was reasonable and i would definitley use this company again.
