A Unclog U

I called this morning and was given an appt from 1:00 to 3:00 pm Leo arrived just before 2 p.m. and he was done in about a half hour or less... Very professional.

Well I called at 1:43pm and I'm writing the review at 2:50pm. So in just over an hour I called and had a clog free drain. How's that for service. Leo was an extremely nice guy and gave me a good education in regards to my problematic floor drain. Leo also pointed out an option I had to stop using the floor drain thus saving me thousands which I planned on spending for a dry well. I highly recommend Unclog U and while I enjoyed their service I hope I never need it again. Wooohooo

This is the second time we have done business with A Unclog U. They are responsive, friendly and professional. We will absolutely do business with them again in the future.

Leo is my new best friend. We had a badly clogged toilet. I hired this company and the night before Leo came, the uptake valve under the bathroom sink cracked. I called them first thing in the morning - no problem! Leo would come to fix both and he did a terrific job. The next day the uptake valve under the kitchen sink cracked. All pipes were metal and more than 35 years old, so not surprising that everything went at once. Leo came and fixed the kitchen sink area. He went to the basement to confirm that no other pipes were leaking and we are now trouble free. Love this company and love Leo!

Personable, professional plumber arrived promptly, worked in a clean and tidy manner to resolve the issues we were having, and charged us a very fair price for an emergency service. He left the premises "spic 'n span" as my mother would say. I am planning to use their services again when I need a plumber.

It went so smoothly. We will never use anyone else.

The morning of 4/30 I found water backing up in the cellar and having tried a sewer line cleaner the previous week, knew it was time to call. I checked on Angie's List and found A Unclog U. I didn't know if they'd be able to come out at 5:00 PM or if I needed to find someone to wait for them. I called early that afternoon and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Leo met me at my house at 5PM and got right to work, showed me the problem and even replaced the sewer cap, the old one was just sitting on top of the trap. Problem was solved quickly and efficiently...........I highly recommend this company, everything I read was true.....if you're having a problem, don't hesitate.....call them!

I called and made an appointment and Leo arrived within the 2 hour window assigned. He was clean and polite and went straight to work. The clog proved to be a tough one and Leo kept at it and finally was able to clear the line. He then took the time to clean up the area before leaving. I would definitely use UnclogU again and highly recommend them.

Leo was fabulous.... Came home Tuesday night to discover that water was backed up I called and Patty sent Leo out to access my situation. He told me what to do to get through the evening and came back the next day after I got home from work. He was efficient, knowledgeable and just plain nice Would recommend to everyone

Leo arrived right on time (even though it was snowing) and introduced himself to me politely. He immediately fixed the problem and explained it to me. The price ($55) was very reasonable. I will most definitely be using this company in the future and I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Patty was really nice. She said that they would be there between 12 and 3 and they came at 2:45. My husband said the guy was very nice and efficient. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We used this company after finding them on Angie's List to unclog our bathroom shower. Leo from Un Clog U was prompt, very capable, and was really careful! He successfully unclogged our drain quickly! He is friendly and nice, and he really knows his stuff! Called the company again when we needed help with a pump in the basement.

The plumber was unable to repair the bulging pipe the same day since he needed to obtain parts. He was able to return the next day and fixed the pipe within a few hours, accommodating my schedule and rushing in order to get the job done in time for Christmas Eve. He was polite and I would highly recommend him.

This company provides excellent same day service at a reasonable price. The service technicians found the best route into a hard to reach drain and used the electric snake to clear it. I was very pleased with the service and would use the company again.

AMAZING as always!! My only hesitation about leaving this review is that they'll get too BIG and then everybody will use them leaving them too busy for me- USE THIS COMPANY you'll not only save BIG $$ but you will have peace of mind too.

They showed up on time, resolved the problem and were very professional. They provided me some insight into why we are having this problem (old galvanized piping). I highly recommend them.

Leo arrived promptly and after I explained the problems, he was able to resolve the problem quickly and took time to explain what he was doing and what he thought the issue was.

Very fast response! Leo was nice and accommodating and did a good job overall. After he was done I did notice two leaks in his work. He fixed one right away and the other one he fixed the next day which was fine because it was a minor leak. I would use Leo again.

They cleared out the pipe that leads to the sewer. They wanted to me sign up for an annual contract - I declined. I haven't experienced any problems since.

They advertise 49.99 for snaking the drain. This was a simple job, the PVC pipe that goes from the downspout to the curb was clogged with leaves and debris. I had been told on the phone a soft clog was 49.99. As work was about to begin I asked what the cost was before giving the go ahead
