Description of Work: Unclogged drain from kitchen sink to main line. This family run company was very forthright with the pricing which was very reasonable when compared to other companies and private plumbers. Since the problem required of a somewhat urgent response they were at my house within 2 hours from the time of my call and the problem rectified within 45 minutes thereafter. Others I called would not be able to come until the next day at the earliest with no promise as to a window of arrival time nor estimate of pricing. Leo, the technician who performed the work, was very knowledgeable about the somewhat unique and unusual plumbing in the house and was quite personable, very likable and honest. The job was done quickly and all resulting mess cleaned up. I was totally satisfied and impressed with the entire experience and would recommend them without reservation. This is the ultimate example of how to run a good specialized honest reliable business.

He cleaned up after the work was done and explained to us what we could do in the future to prevent the clog from happening again.

+ -1 moreI was very happy with the service. They were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again, couldn't be happier, and I thought the price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: I had two badly clogged drains and one lightly clogged drains, and a leaky faucet. Leo unclogged the drains, repaired the leaky faucet and checked out the other drains while he was there. He even cleaned up the mess!

Description of Work: This company saved my hide. We had a terrible drain back up of sewage which made its way back into the downstairs tub/shower. The workman was courteous and punctual. I will definitely be using him again; he gave me the prices for replacing a toilet and I will be calling him for that work.

Description of Work: wasteline was flushed and checked. Serviceman also checked toilets. He explained how things operate in the drain system and made suggestions for better operation. I called the drain cleaning company Tuesday morning, set up an appointment for service the same day (phone rep. was very pleasant). Later that day Leo arrived as promised, surveyed the situation, and performed the necessary tasks. All the while Leo was very pleasant, clearly conscientious and very professional. I'm now back in business and would highly recommend UNCLOG U for anyone having drainage problems. Simple, yet effective and reasonable, never felt ripped off or scammed into getting what I didn't want or need. Plumbing can be such a hidden mystery when the shower is backing up. Thanks again to UNCLOG U!

The guy cleared my drain and cleaned up after himself. He told me the price before he started the job and to my surprise it was the price i paid.
