John came the same day he called me,drilled my front door for a deadbolt, and installed a new lock set. He did the job quickly and professionally. Would absolutely use him again.

Mr. Murphy showed up on time. He brought supplies that he thought he'd need, rightfully so. He completed the job professionally and he seems to be a nice guy!

I should have just done it myself. A lot of the problem was mine. I booked them, thinking I needed 5 locks done, but it turned out I only needed 1. They were very patient with my fluctuating understanding of my needs. The fee to come out is worth it if they're doing 5 locks, not if they're doing 1 lock. I think this is true for all locksmiths. The lock was replaced quickly; that part of the job was fine. I wasn't thrilled with the hard sell. Nothing against them, but, if you only have 1 to replace, go to Home Depot.

They came quickly with a moblile van and fixed the issue within an hour would hire again.

Mark was great, super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Besides replacing the door knob and lock he did the extras of making sure the squeakiness of the door was gone and explained everything well.

Mark responded to my call very promptly and made a house call within 45 minutes which was exactly what I was hoping for. The painter discovered the issue while preparing the door for staining and was coming back that afternoon to continue the job. Mark was immediately able to identify the problem and fixed it quickly. If you are looking for a quality installation, this is should not be your choice. He missed to check alignment on door before installation. Consequently, drilled in the wrong place. When highlighted, he was defensive and it was too late in any case. Lock also not aligned with door side. Had to pay a lot more to fix what he did.

Excellent. He showed up about fifteen minutes after I called. He inspected the lock and even though it was a challenge to remove, he devised a way to remove it. I wasn't expecting him to install the new handle, but he did anyway. He was very professional, pleasant, and courteous. His visit charge is also very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Earlier this year my wife and I moved into our home that was built in the 50s and we did not change the locks. I meant to change the locks in the beginning, but never got around to it. Anyway, the locks were starting to stick and no matter how much wd-40 I used, they weren't getting any easier to open and sometimes either the front or the back door just wouldn't work. We called Mark and he was courteous, kind and professional from the first moment. He made an appointment for us early on Saturday and was there on time and replaced our locks in no time. He made several recommendations that we didn't think of and it ended up saving us a ton of money. When I priced it out in the beginning I assumed the price would be over $500, but by using his recommendation it only cost us 155.00. He is extremely honest and friendly, I would gladly use Mark again.
