Did not try to patronize when female of household made many inquiries and was very patient and answered all questions, explaining thoroughly...a few trips were necessary (which cost us more)to figure out the nature of the problem, but in the end we were happy to have complete resolution to our problem at last.
Description of Work: Cleaned drain, fixed leaking brand new water heater after 3 previous plumbers could not. They also replaced a drain fixture and also snaked a line in the bathtub.

+ 1 morePositive experience of others confirmed. They called back promptly after I left a message. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Two pleasant gentlemen came on time, stayed about an hour to check and repair several items. They were efficient and neat. They are very trustworthy, telling me when something didn't need to be fixed or how I can fix problems in the future.
Description of Work: Replaced faucet cartridge. Cleaned drain. Tightened/adjusted two faucets. Checked hot water heater, shower, tub and other drains.
