+ 0 moreNot good! Jim Huerter was very stiff and unlikeable! He came to install my DVD Recorder (13 minutes late BTW). After being there for nearly 30 minutes, he told me he couldn't complete the job because my Cable Box wasn't compatible. He told me he could have a piece to make it work completely in a couple of days. It's been almost 2 weeks and as of this morning, won't reply to my message. The fee was supposed to be $50 an hour plus any materials. He was gone in 40 minutes, charged me $75, and like I said, never came back to finish the job!!!
