Jim installed all the cable and A/V systems in a new home. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I paid every invoice promptly and without question. When he was due to come back to complete work he did not arrive and I have tried calling and emailing to no avail. He left me with work half-done and a Lutron system that he has the programming for. It is costing a lot to hire someone else to come in and clean up the work he never finished. He will not respond to calls or email. Very frustrating!!!

I was having trouble setting up my new "smart" phone system. It had outsmarted me!! But Jim saved the day and took a weight off my shoulders. Hard to find such a competent, knowledgeable technician. Highly recommend him.

Jim Huerter was very stiff and unlikeable. I hired him to install a DVD Recorder for $50 an hour plus $25 for materials. More than half through the assignment, he informed me that the job couldn't be completed because I didn't have a compatible cable box. He said he could get the part in a couple of days. It's just shy of 2 weeks! As of yesterday, he has not responded to my message! After 40 minutes, he took my $75 and I haven't heard from him since!!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!

James Huerter of Symmetry responded to my request to replace my damaged built in HDMI cable in my family room within minutes after I made the request for services on a Sunday afternoon! The work was completed in less than two hours after I made the request. I did not expect a reply on a Sunday much less to have the work completed on a Sunday!

Jim Huerter is outstanding! I highly recommend him!! I feel like we hit the jackpot with him! Very knowledgeable, very careful and respectful in our home and did an amazing job installing our TV over the fireplace! He came over the same day and we are thrilled with his work! We just built in a new neighborhood and I am going to recommend him to all our new neighbors! Excellent quality of work, price and availability! Jim is Mr Can DO! Just told him what I wanted and he did it; moved a TV from my son’s house near me and put it over my fireplace. Then decided to upgrade to larger screen with sound bar; he made it happen and added custom wiring behind unit and put smaller unit in my bedroom. Turned out BEAUTIFUL!

I usually am uncomfortable with strangers coming to me home for work. Jim put my mind at ease. He was punctual, personable, and overall a great guy who did great work. If I need his work again, I will definitely call him!

Not finished with job. Spectrum had some work to do, spectrum did minimum install, more tv, power lines to run, snake thru walls... so far so good.

Symmetry (Jim and Staff) provided the correct accessories and top notch install of my 55" Samsung and Sonos on a brick faced wall over the fireplace. Would hire again!
