Jim certainly solved my problem mounting my new 65 Samsung q80T using an existing installation. The only reason I did not give him a 5 rating was the final price after a $100 or less quote he offered. I understand he had to spend more time than anticipated and that he had to provide a longer HDMI cable ~$50. I believe the final charge should not have been $250 but about $200.

Jim installed all the cable and A/V systems in a new home. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I paid every invoice promptly and without question. When he was due to come back to complete work he did not arrive and I have tried calling and emailing to no avail. He left me with work half-done and a Lutron system that he has the programming for. It is costing a lot to hire someone else to come in and clean up the work he never finished. He will not respond to calls or email. Very frustrating!!!

I was having trouble setting up my new "smart" phone system. It had outsmarted me!! But Jim saved the day and took a weight off my shoulders. Hard to find such a competent, knowledgeable technician. Highly recommend him.

Jim Huerter was very stiff and unlikeable. I hired him to install a DVD Recorder for $50 an hour plus $25 for materials. More than half through the assignment, he informed me that the job couldn't be completed because I didn't have a compatible cable box. He said he could get the part in a couple of days. It's just shy of 2 weeks! As of yesterday, he has not responded to my message! After 40 minutes, he took my $75 and I haven't heard from him since!!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!

James Huerter of Symmetry responded to my request to replace my damaged built in HDMI cable in my family room within minutes after I made the request for services on a Sunday afternoon! The work was completed in less than two hours after I made the request. I did not expect a reply on a Sunday much less to have the work completed on a Sunday!

Jim Huerter is outstanding! I highly recommend him!! I feel like we hit the jackpot with him! Very knowledgeable, very careful and respectful in our home and did an amazing job installing our TV over the fireplace! He came over the same day and we are thrilled with his work!
