Overcharged , no estimates provided before work was done, non- responsive to problems with installation after paid in full, only hand written receipts provided, unethical. Jim Huerter said he would â back dateâ a receipt for a television we purchased from him and not to bother registering products purchased. He sold us a router for $300+ that was not working properly. We had to hire another company to fix problems. We have no recourse as he no longer responds to text messages or emails. His voice message box is full so no message can be left. Complaint filed with Angi and will also file a complaint with BBB. Do not hire this company. He took advantage of elderly people who are not tech savvy!

this company provided no estimates for work orders, do not installed equipment satisfactory, now they do not return phone calls text SMS or email. to resolved issues.

From Call-Quote-Arrival-Project Complete 1 Hour 20 Minutes! Jim was excellent with his knowledge and detail mounting my 75in Fire TV that showed up in the mail 1 hour before when my previous plans had fell through. Jim was very accommodating providing the perfect wall mount for my TV with very fast precision installation. Very nice a friendly as well and even taught me a few things about wall mounting TV's. 11/10 Would recommend and will hire again! Do yourself a favor if you want to save time and money and call Symmetry!
