this company provided no estimates for work orders, do not installed equipment satisfactory, now they do not return phone calls text SMS or email. to resolved issues.

They stayed until I understood how to completely operate my system. Jim was very patient and mild mannered. For sure I would hire him again.

From Call-Quote-Arrival-Project Complete 1 Hour 20 Minutes! Jim was excellent with his knowledge and detail mounting my 75in Fire TV that showed up in the mail 1 hour before when my previous plans had fell through. Jim was very accommodating providing the perfect wall mount for my TV with very fast precision installation. Very nice a friendly as well and even taught me a few things about wall mounting TV's. 11/10 Would recommend and will hire again! Do yourself a favor if you want to save time and money and call Symmetry!

Excellent! A very reasonable price for coming out on a Sunday morning with less than a two hour request. We ended up not having the correct mounting bracket, he had one. We didn't have the correct power cable, he had one. Couldn't believe it, when it comes time to install the surround sound system, there's only one call I'll be making! Thanks you!!

Jim came right away and mounted 6 HDTVs ranging from 43-75" quickly and efficiently, breaking all the sweat we neither had the time nor professional expertise to tackle and doing it in a fraction of the time it would have taken us to accomplish the same tasks. It is evident he has been doing this for probably decades, and he has taken the challenges head-on in stride and without breaking the bank. We would certainly hire again for all sorts of needs.

Nobody should use this guy anymore to do anything.

I ended up paying more than twice the amount that I was told. He convinced me to use his equipment because it would be more sturdy placing 3 bolts onto 3 wall studs for the TV mount. Mine only had space for 2 bolts. In the end he only placed 2 bolts. His mount was a FIXED mount when mine was a SWING mount. He also screw the bolt in diagonally with part of the bolt sticking out. When I told he I did not want this mount if he was just going to use 2 bolts, he said he will charge me anyway for the mount because of the time spent on it. In the end I paid for a mount that I did not want and he upcharge me for the service of a SWING mount. That must have be the easiest $270 dollars he made in 20 minutes. Please spread the word.

Was not transparent about the cost of the project. Also tried to sell me a tv mount that he claimed was better and more stable when I had a new tv mount already in hand that was just as good, if not better. At the end, the project cost more than twice what I expected. Very disappointed and frustrated.
