The guys were great and friendly.

He charged me $50 to tell me my tablet was dead. He had to search it on his phone. I fund out later that if I just called Samsung, they would have brought me through the same steps to diagnose the tablet. $50 wasted.

Quality workmanship, very experienced, very personable. Will highly recommend.

Spectrum recently went to full digital and we had to install three reception boxes on our TVs. A friend of mine installed them - incorrectly it seems and I further messed things by trying to correct his mistakes. Jim to the rescue. He called less than a half hour after I posted my need with Home Advisor. Not only did he get the TVs back in shape but offered hints about how to properly use the equipment. I was also impressed by the wide variety of services he offers. No doubt that he will be back here again. His pleasant personality and fair pricing were also a plus.

Came out at short notice on.Sun pm. Assessessed job. Suggested significant improvements of my electronics set up. Used hardware which cost about $200 and total charge was very reasonable, especially for Sun on a holiday weekend. Jim was very pleasant and professional. I will contact him again for anything electronic.
