They came, they rectified the problem, which was an existing problem from another company that they were unable to repair. The problem was due to a tree in my neighbors yard.

It takes awhile for the changes made to be reflected in the website monitor Solaredge, as in 2-4 days.

The firm was wonderful. A tornado threw a bunch of trees on roof damaging roof and solar system. The team arrived the first day I requested assistance and removed the solar system that day so that the roof could be repairs. They searched for replacement solar panels even on eBay. Once the roof repairs were completed they came right away to reinstall the system. They also alerted me to and repaired a leak that would have compromised the inverter. I cannot say enough about their responsiveness and service.

Professional and courteous. Gene kept me informed while waiting for the supplies he ordered for my job and called me as soon as they came in to set up an appointment a few days later. They arrived on time and did a thorough job. Many thanks!

They are professional guys, they know how to shoot the problem.

Gene and Alex communicated both by text and phone calls. They communicated with the OEM to evaluate the problem and had a replacement shipped to my location. They showed up on time and fixed the inverter problem. I would certainly hire Next Level Energy if I have issues with my solar installation.
