Jose was quick to respond to my request for a roof repair estimate and let me know the roof was nearing the end of service. This was confirmed by other contractors. Jose's estimate for roof replacement was best. Time to completion was estimated at 3 days. Actual time 2-1/2 days. Prompt, quality work, reasonable price. I would recommend them.

As a result of high winds a section of our roof was badly damaged. I called Home Advisor and was put in touch with Mr. Jose Saquipay, who quickly came over to assess, cover the damage with tarp, and give me an estimate for the repair. I employed Jose to do the job and was glad that I did. I found him to be skilled, professional, and true to his word. The work was completed in short order, and I was entirely satisfied with the workmanship and appearance of the roof. Timely, professional, good price. Jose and his crew removed roofing on two bay windows, rebuilt them both, and put in copper flashing. I am very pleased with the work he and his crew performed, even while it was freezing cold outside. I would recommend him to all and would easily re-hire him for other projects.

Jose was solid. Hired him to repair gutters - replace Facia board and to install gutter guards. He was very Responsive and Very customer service oriented. Always reachable with little delay. Great value. I would definitely hire him again and I would definitely recommend him.

Needed to re-attach some aluminum siding that was coming loose. Work done within the week. Looks good as new! Could have responded sooner to a couple e-mails and texts, but job got done just fine. Jose is a great guy that does the right thing for his customers.

He replied right away and came by the same day to evaluate the job and gave me a very fair and reasonable estimate and he was there when he said he would be to do the job.
