I contracted this company to install tile. Despite having years of experience, these people came and installed tile as if they were blind and used their feet. All the tile is uneven, joints are uneven and grout is completely missing in several spots. When I pointed out the missing grout, they went over it again but still missed tons of places. My floor is so unlevel that my new bathroom vanity wobbles, so I had to have wooden blocks installed under 2 legs. Overall, they cared nothing about the finished look of the job. They just wanted to get paid and get out. When I called them and spoke with Renato, he said I got what I paid for. They don't care about doing a good job, don't care about customer satisfaction or their reputation. They know they did a substantially poor job in my bathroom, and they totally don't care. I have pictures showing the uneven tile and missing grout. My hardwood floors have thinset they dropped. They never cleaned up after themselves and left the place an absolute mess. I now have to hire another contractor to redo the grout. Save yourself some money and aggravation and hire someone else.

They were very professional they did an excellent job and they are easy to work with.
