Description of Work: Besides a high turn over rate of technicians, the owner was not helpful on resolving a service contract issue. This is after being a customer with them for over 4 years after they installed a new heating system. The technicians tried to sell me new equipment that I did not need.

Description of Work: Clover Comfort never did the energy audit. I declined their service when they informed me that they would only issue the report if I signed a repair/service agreement with them!

THEY ARE REALLY EXCELLENT. THEY HAVE AN EXCELLENT STAFF. THEY'RE REALLY COMPETENT, THOROUGH AND PERSONABLE. IT WAS A VERY IMPRESSIVE EXPERIENCE. THE BOSS HIRES REALLY GOOD PEOPLE. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. THEY WERE PRACTICALLY LIVING IN MY HOUSE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I SEE THE GUY AND I GIVE HIM A BIG HUG. THEY ARE INTELLIGENT NICE PEOPLE. THEY ARE CARING AND THEY WANT TO DO THE BEST JOB THEY CAN.
Description of Work: THEY ALSO DID PLUMBING FOR ALL THE DOWNSTAIRS. I HAD A NEW HEATING SYSTEM. I SWITCHED FROM OIL TO GAS. A FULL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED. THEY ALSO DID THE CLEANING OF THE DUCTS.
