Pinelli Contracting and Renovations

Description of Work: Remodeled our basement from the ground up (except our water remediation which was done by a waterproofing company). Built a new bathroom as well, including that special toilet system that sends water / sewage UP. We have the special, waterproof walls, suspended ceiling, granite & ceramic tile bathroom. Had to install some new walls, and alter other walls. Needed doors, everything. Painted the walls. Got an electrician to upgrade & replace the old, insufficient electrical panel. Replaced three windoes and enlarged one to bring it up to code so someone could live downstairs. This required digging down into the concrete outside, and creating drainage in the new dug out area so that we could have the larger window (there was no way to increase the window size going UP, only DOWN). Created a new drainage system for our sump pump to take it all the way into the yard rather than to the gutter system which drained at the foundation. This helped keep debris out of the drainage which was always an issue.
