 + -1 moreThe A-Tech two-man crew arrived at the site on time and ready. That day the temperature reached 98 degress and they started their work/evaluation immediately on the outside on the property without compliant. They were friendly, informative and walked me thru the entire process. Besides taking notes they took a ton of pictures, which later turned into a 84 page comprehensive guide of "what must be fixed immedately" to "what needs to be addressed in the near future". That alone was well worth their fee. They also offered mold inpection and remediation services. I highly recommend this company to any buyers. To date, the first house had too many issues to address and I have already booked them for the second inspection.

A-Tech Inspection Services offers the following services: We are a NY State Licensed mold testing company. Our certified inspectors inspect, detect, investigate and offer diagnose on indoor air quality and oder problems. We provide certified NY & NJ mold test reports with diagnosis, advice and helpful remediation or abatement protocals. We test for and provide answers! Our company also does Home Inspections along with testing for Radon and Wood Destroying Insects.
We are not a remediation company. Although we can help refer you to a company and walk you through the entire remediation process, we only do the inspection and testing.
