 + -1 moreI've used them for about 20 years. They come out and do their job. They are quick, efficient, and reasonably clean. I've used them for so long. They are a little bit pricing, but I look at it this way if you want a good job then I would be willing for it. I think everything is expensive. I called him at night time to go handle a no heat call.
Description of Work: I used Empire Mechanical Heating & AC for the furnace downstairs. I know I used them to put in a furnace to one of my rental units and a hot water heater.

 + -1 moreIn the last few years, we have had a great deal of work done by Empire Mechanical in our very old (c.1820) home. They did a very complicated installation of an air conditioning system, they installed new oil tanks in the basement, and overhauled our seven-zone heating and hot water system. They are a pleasure to deal with. They respond promptly whenever we have a problem. Because our house is large and old, they often need to figure out creative ways to install equipment and get it running properly. We are very impressed with the Pregos and highly recommend them!
Description of Work: Most recently, the Pregos installed a 40 gallon water heater with aluminum anode rods and a 10 year warranty. But they have done many other things for us in the last few years (see below).
