Right Price Contracting

Overall it did not go well. He replaced the fence. Some of the fence post are not plumb and lean The bottom of the fence is very uneven. he told numerous times he would return and correct things, but never returned.The post that supports the gate is not installed in the ground well enough to support thr gate properly. When you open the gate the post leans and the gate hits the ground and does not open as it should He was called numerous times to come and correct it. He said he would but has never returned. The second part of our project he tore out our old castiron tub. He smashed the tub apart to get it out of the upstairs bath. He then took our new tub upstairs to install it and apparently he did not know what he was doing. The wall surround was not put on the tub correctly nad when he cut the holes for the faucet and controls they were not in the correct position. When he tried to correct the surround he cut more holes and did not replace the first holes he made. In the proccess the surround was ruined. Also while installing the new faucet and controls water leaaed down throught he ceiling ruining our kitchen ceiling.After numerous attempts to contact him he never returned to correct anything. We finally got anther cotracting a second tub and had the bathrom finished. We are out the cost of the origial new tub and surround and the damage to the kitchen ceiling.

Estimated time for project was one week. Actual time was 8 working days. Company used young inexperienced labor, resulting in damage to my home from falling shingles (old) during tear-off, torn window screens (6) and debris left on the ground. After my complaint on day 1, he nailed large blue tarps up (left the nails in). The work seems to have been done correctly (only time will tell?). However, expect to perform your own final clean-up and picking up of many (30+) nails.
