Fernando laid out my options to get the job done correctly and the job was completed quick for the amount of work that needed to be done, including running a new line. Well, the Artie and Austin were not able to find the problem, however, we have used them in the past and cannot find fault with their promptness and professionalism. They are coming back to see if the problem can be identified. We will continue to use them for any electrical issues that arise. The office staff, Celia, in particular, gave us some trouble shooting ideas that may identify the issue before the scheduled return visit. We are keeping our fingers crossed.

My experience with Spirelli electric was great from start to finish. Customer service was so friendly and sent electricians out within 3 hours of my call. Fernando and Daniel were very professional and knowledgable. They repaired/replaced our outlets quickly. I will definitely use Spirelli again for any electrical projects that come up in the future.

Artie and Greg came to our house multiple times for wiring related to a kitchen renovation. They wired our new kitchen island for an outlet and microwave. They also installed new high-hats and pendants in the kitchen. They were professional, competent, and efficient. They did great work and I would highly recommend them.

Cable company rep. could not locate problem. Called Spirelli made appt. Jeff and Steve showed up on time. Started troubleshooting the problem right away. Took care to protect furnishings and carpet and with in 30 minutes problem was located and repaired. Quick, reliable and more importantly Knowledgeable service.

They never sold me, they educated me. Joe Spirelli, the owner, made himself available to me Including coming to my house, anytime I needed. He also helped me with a side project that I had with very good advice. There customer service dept. was amazing, especially Lucas. There solid and you can trust them. I don't B.S. and I can be difficult to work with, and they managed quite well.

Fernando and Fabio came to my house bright and early. They were consummate professionals and carefully checked all my outlets, some of which had emitted sparks. They replaced a dimmer switch and a couple of other outlets. Fernando updated the switch on the electric baseboard heat in my basement. I asked him to quickly check a ceiling fan and bathroom fans which were inoperative. He gave specific info on what replacements I needed to purchase for the next time I call them to update these items. Very knowledgeable and patient young men who answered my many questions!

Spirelli's electricians are top notch professionals. On this visit, Tim and Elliot were very courteous, engaged and efficient with their time. They used booties on their feet when needing access inside the home and were friendly throughout the process. The final product was expertly installed and functional. I've used them several times now and each time with different crews and am impressed with the consistency of the employees of this company. It's clear to me their owner or management is driving good behaviors and skillsets across the board. Well done, again, Spirelli. I recommend them to other homeowners without question.

The work was performed well, in a reasonable amount of time. The electricians were professional, prompt and courteous. The main issue was with the communications with the office for (a) getting a price on the replacement part and ordering it, and (b) scheduling the follow-up visit to do the repair once they had the part. This took multiple calls over 3-4 weeks, along with promises of return calls when the responsible person was available, which never happened. In short, the electricians get an A grade, but the office gets a C. Finally, the actual work: 10 minutes to diagnose, plus 10 minutes to swap in the new transformer, but they charged 2 full hours of labor at nearly $250 for a $40 part.

We had pretty extensive work done on the house we just bought. We had the service upgraded to 200 amps, put recessed lights in the living room, master bedroom, and third floor landing, and ceiling fan boxes with switches in four rooms. The upgrade was scheduled for one day with the rest of the work the next two days. The electricians were knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Our house is over 100 years old with all of the literal pitfalls that come with an old house. We have some extensive patching to do in places, but overall we are very happy with the work. We had a few electricians give us estimates for the work. Spirelli's estimate was on the higher end, but we went with them because the electrician that came to give us the estimate seemed like he really knew what he was doing and above all listened to what we wanted. We were not disappointed. We have some additional electrical work that we want to do in the future and we are definitely going to call Spirelli.

I recently went through a kitchen renovation and needed electrical work done. I chose Spirelli Electric and was extremely pleased with the whole process. From the initial call with Joe Spirelli, through working with office staff(Emily and Melanie), through the estimating process with Justin and the actual work being completed, I was pleased with all interactions with Spirelli Electrical. Everyone was professional, courteous, prompt and they left the job neat and broom swept. While the renovation work has been completed, I have additional electrical I tems I want to address and I will definitely be calling on Spirelli for the work. I have no problem recommending Spirelli Electric to friends and neighbors.
