Very good, on time, professional, flexible and helpful

I called Spirelli Electric based on Angie's reviews. I explained the list of things I needed done and the response was incredible with owner Joe calling me next day to set up a visit the following day. We went through everything and he scheduled the work for 2 weeks later. I mentioned I wanted the work done as soon as possible and within a few days, I got a call from a super-friendly office lady (I am embarrassed I don't remember her name) who was so helpful and professional in coordinating the work in only 1 week. She told me that Jeff, would be at my house at 8a and he was right on schedule. Jeff and I walked around reviewing the work plan and I took an instant liking to him as it was clear that he knew his trade extremely well. He was thoroughly professional but also friendly and attentive. He was spotlessly clean, making sure to leave no mark behind of his work. He checked with me frequenlty to make sure I was pleased with the work. This is our 4th home in 35+ years and I have had more than average share of renovations. Jeff who has worked at Spirelli for many years was outstanding... things could not have been done more professionally or as efficiently. . I recommend Jeff and Spirelli Electric for routine as well as complex electrical work. I am already planning some additional work.

I am very happy with Spirelli Electric and my electrician Jeff in particular. I called Spirelli Electric on Oct 23 and spoke to a very nice women I believe her name was Emily. I explained we had an outside plug that we use to plug our Christmas decorations and every year it trips multiple times. She said its probably moisture but the electrician would have to come out and look.I asked how much do they charge she explained $140 for the first hour and $63 for every half hour after. We made an appointment for 11/9 for between 1:30-2:30. On that day I got a call from Jeff at 1:00 telling me he was 1/2 an hour away. He arrived right on time. We showed Jeff the plug and the fuse box, he thought he could replace the receptacle and he put a cover that fit over the plug so water couldn't get in. He was so polite and courteous to both myself and my mom. The whole thing took about 45 minutes and I was given a bill for $182.54. $140 for the service call, $25.00 for the receptacle, $5 for the cover and $12.54 for the tax. I thought it was very fair. We also showed Jeff some other things we needed done and asked if he could do them, he was accommodating to ever question I asked, we will definitely be having Spirelli Electric back and I will be asking for Jeff in particular

We have had 2-3 electricians, all professional. We would trust anyone that Spirelli sends out.

They installed a surveillance system but they were missing a part so they could not finish. These types of companies are never cheap, but they weren't really that high either. There are some things I will have them do in the future.

They did an excellent and efficient job. Couldn't have been more professional. They were very knowledgeable when asked questions.

Seems to be holding but not quite 100% straight. They also took care of calling Con Ed to replace ring that broke during repair. Friendly, professional, and the price was fair.

It went excellent. They were conscientious and thorough. They even found that the wiring near our breaker was in a dangerous condition and other electricians had missed it. I can't say enough good things about Spirelli. Everybody that they send over has been good and the way that they keep appointments and let you know when they are coming is impressive too.

I thought he was great. Well his price was a little more because there was digging, so I have to keep that in mind. I think it was fair.

Emily and Jeff at Spirelli Electric were absolutely wonderful to work with, and they both did everything they could to make sure my power got reconnected that day, even though it was a very busy day for them and scheduling was tight. I'm so happy with Spirelli's service--both customer service and technical service--and we will definitely be using them again! Thank you, Jeff and Emily!

They were great. They send me an email every once in a while and I actually am going to probably get a plug put in at some point. I would tell a friend they were great. All the same, I would recommend them, they're great; yeah definitely, all the same stuff. They came in in a morning or in an afternoon; a couple hours, that was it to complete the job.

Our technician, Darwin, was excellent. Absolutely prompt and a complete professional. I had a list of projects that needed addressing in this almost 90 year old house. Some of these things required a great problem solving skills - it's not easy in an old house with many generations of prior owners attempts at wiring. He completely exceeded my expectations - non stop hard work and a very fair price. We will absolutely use Spirelli for any future electrical needs.

Took electrician a while to figure out old wiring and get service up again. Had to call for help from senior electrician - who promptly responded.

Our electrician, Jeff Uffer, repaired the sockets and the switch and went over the rest of the job with us. He scheduled a second visit to complete the installations because we had not ordered all of the correct detectors for the job.

Darwin described the procedure on the first change and answered all of the questions that we had regarding the dimmers. He is a true professional with an eye toward excellent customer service. Spirelli Electric should be proud of his performance.
