Intially i contacted Spirelli Electric through email on Angies web site .Joe promptly returned my call and dicussed my electrical needs .after discusing this he explained their companies pricing and billing proceduresr which was time and material which happened to be my preferred method .we set up an appointment and on the scheduled day of for the work Justin from spirelli electric called 20 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival time and informed me that he was enroute and would be there on time. upon arriving and introducing himself ,he put shoe coverings over his work shoes in order to protect my floors . he began by going over my list of things to be done and dicussing each item with me and the best way to perform the repair . he was very polite , neat , and personable .,he was extremly knowledgeable of his trade and worked dillengently from beginning to end . he answered many questions about future electrical work that i am definetly having spirelli electric do for me. overall it was probadly the best experience i have ever had with a contractor working in my home

.It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end - when I called to tell them what I needed help with they called one of their men out on a job to ask if he would have time to swing by my house and told me he would call me back and let me know. He called back within minutes and told me that his electrician could be at my house in an hour or two. When he finished his job he called to let me know he was on the way. Justin did an awesome job - he was able to get the remaining part of the lightbulb out much to my amazement since I had mangled it so badly. He replaced the lamp I had taken off and put a new bulb in for me and now it works perfectly again. I also had him replace 3 switches and 1 receptable in my kitchen which were very old. I had been having problems with them for some time - sometimes it would take multiple times to light the light it was supposed to. Now it works like a charm. Justin is great - very professional, courteous, and polite. He explained all the options to me as he fixed things and cleaned up after himself. Even my dogs loved him! Thanks Justin - great job! I would definitely recommend Spirelli Electric to anyone who needs an electrician!

Jeff from Spirelli showed up exactly when scheduled to install a generator transfer breaker. Before he started work he went over all the prices that were quoted over the phone to us. As he worked, he explained everything to me that he was doing. When done, he showed me step by step how the system worked and made sure that I didn't have any questions.. Then, as we were told over the phone, he asked if there were any other electrical issues he could help us with and he replaced a light switch with a dimmer and fixed another light switch that was not working. A sign of a quality company was when Jeff actually called his next two appointments to let them know he was runniing a little late. He was also very clean and courteous in the house. Didn't leave any mess whatsoever. He did quality work, for the price quoted. I would definitely recommend Spirelli and would not hesitate to use them again!
