Jeff did an excellent job and was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with, and we were charged a good price. The work was inspected by an electrical inspector, and passed easily.

Great - he put a new breaker into the panel and rerouted the wires. Took all of 1/2 hour.

I called the main number and set up the appointment for an estimate. I liked the level of expertise Justin demonstrated and he made recommendations that fit my budget. The work went well and I have no complaints.

It went great. The company responded to my initial call right away. The service gentleman showed up according to schedule. He called before he came. Walked me through the installation process. Discussed concerns and patiently made sure I was happy with the end result. To date this was the best service I have had in a long time.

I made the appointment. The day before the appointment, they confirmed by phone. The electrician had finished his previous job earlier and called asked if he could start early on my job. I agreed. I showed him the jobs I needed taken care of and also showed him some issues an inspection had revealed as potential issues and hazards. He quickly replaced the items we discussed when setting up the visit. He advised on the inspector's reports issues as to which ones were more important and which could wait until I did renovations. He was professional and did a good job. I will definitely use them again for other projects.

Initial call was very comforting. Hurricane Sandy had ripped a portion of the corner of my house and my carpenter noticed that the ?weatherhead? (a device that anchors the incoming power line to the side of the house) was pulled away from the house. It might not survive another high-wind event and could fall to the ground and possible start a house fire. He was afraid that it was too close to the power line for him to safely work on and would require the hiring of an electrician so that the power company could be called to coordinate the temporary shutting-off of the power during the short repair. I agreed and called Spirelli (because of the large number of ?A? reviews on Angie?s List) . They arranged to come immediately to the house to look at the issue. Joe Spirelli said, it?s a minor problem, and won?t require coordination with the power company because they had a man on staff that could do the work safely with just a ladder. It was going to cost $125. (I thought my hearing had just failed, it was so reasonable) and could be done as soon as I agreed to have the work done. I was stunned that what seemed to be a fairly complex job was reduced to an ?easy fix.? It was fixed in a half hour when the tech came. . I was thrilled with the quality of the people I did business with and impressed that they openly stated that they were more interested in doing good work and being known fir that rather than charging as much as the traffic seemed to bear. Both Joe and the tech (who climbed the ladder to fix the weatherhead) said they count on word-of-mouth to build business and not milking jobs. That has always been my personal business philosophy so I appreciated their ethic and subsequent performance. . Spirelli calmly and efficiently addressed every concern and some complicate scheduling making working with them a pleasure. . When the tech left, I went inside and entered Spirelli into my House Resource address book.

I logged onto Angie's List and found a number of provides of electrical services in my immediate area. Most listed had superior ratings and evaluations. When I called Spirelli's, the receptionist was very courteous and efficient, ascertained the problem and said someone would be calling back to schedule an appointment. Joe did within a couple of hours. Within 15 minutes we had an appointment scheduled in two days time. Joe gave me the name of the service person. The appointment assigned was a specific time, not the usual four to five hour wait one gets from other service vendors. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30 pm. At about 2pm, Patrick called to say he'd finished a project sooner than expected and asked if he could come earlier. I told him that was fine. He arrived within a half hour, and was done about 45 minutes later. It was about as perfect a service call one could hope for.

They were very prompt and responsive. They told us when they were coming, showed up on time, and even called a head of time.

No problems from start to finish. Joe explained to me what would be done and we set a date for the work to take place. Jeff arrived on time, did the work, explained to me how to use the new equipment and we tested the system together before he left. Courteous and prompt service from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

Jeff was very professional and diligent in getting the work done. We are very happy with the quality of his work. Jeff was very helpful in giving me directions on how to connect the generator when we lose power and how to disconnect it when the power comes back on from the NYSEC company. He understood the panic that can set in when one loses power and could forget how to setup the generator. He gave us the information on how to follow through.

The owners, who I originally talked to, were very professional and responsive, and called to confirm the day before. Jeff was also very professional and asked me what I wanted to do when decisions had to be made instead of insisting on doing something, or worse, just doing it. He worked as fast as he could when the project started to go longer than expected.

Team arrived on time, completed the work within estimated time-frame, cleaned up the site. Very nice experience.

We didn't know what the real problem was, and they figured it out and did it quickly when no one else would come. They were a godsend.

From the first call they were very professional and responsive. Joe gave me different scenarios that could apply to my needs,he calld me back in a timely fashion,showed up on time and was very thorough in his description of the work . Jeff came on time and performed the work on time ,very respectful ,explained everything i needed to know about the job and the proper way of starting and shutting the generator.he left when i was comfortable with the work done .clean and on point.

It went extremely well. Jeff was running a few minutes late (not his fault at all...his GPA took him to a closed off road, which has happened to me and several other people I know) and he called me to apologize and let me know that he will be there asap. As soon as he arrive he was professional and well mannered. Every step of the way he made sure to explain what he was doing and checked in several times to make sure I was happy with the job he was doing. He went above and beyond to keep our home and his work space clean. I was concerned about a ceiling fan in the master bedroom that was off center (my husband made the hole for the fan, not Jeff :-)) and Jeff put me at ease and told me that several people decide not to put the fan in the center of the room. He also mentioned a couple of design ideas for our bedroom so that the bed would be centered under the ceiling fan (he suggested adding a sconce, some bookshelves and a comfy chair to create a reading area, which I LOVED!). I have a 4 year old who likes to be involved with everything and Jeff spoke with him easily and let my son help him with age appropriate tasks so he felt included. We will definitely call Spirelli again and request Jeff. Perfect experience and highly recommended. :-)

Great job, the electrician was very professional and neat. We thought we lost power to a portion of the house, but the electrician quickly found the problem and corrected the issue on the fuse box - loose connection. Then I had him take down an old fan and install a new light fixture, which he took out of the box and installed in my den.

They sent someone the same day, hooked up my dryer in less than an hour. The gentleman then sent was professional, knowledgeable and had us hooked up in no time and the price was more than reasonable. I will definitely call them for any other electrical needs I have.

They kept me informed, called me before they showed up, and were very professional.

The price was what I expected, the quality was fantastic.

Justin from Spirelli arrived on time and after a brief description on what I would like done he went right to work and finished in a couple of hours. There were no hidden costs and no mistakes . He cleaned up when he was done and the job came out perfect.
