These guys are amazing. The first time they installed a generator for us on to the power box in our garage so that we just need to go outside and turn it on and this generator would power up majority of the house. Then they did some electrical work in the house. The people who lived here before did not believe in lighting on the top floor, so there were no ceiling fixtures. The guy who came out was really personable, they did not rip us but charged us fair price, when he had to come back a second time to do like a second job he did not charge us which normally they would have to charge you like $125 for the first hour he kept charging us as if he was already there and charged us only $95. Really a good guy, he was very honest, and he worked straight through and got the job done. We felt so very comfortable with him and we actually recommend him to friends and to other people on the block now. They were top notch.

Joe was very thorough and helpful. We spent much time talking over my situation and he gave me sound advice and reasonable estimate. I ended up using my neighbor electrician on my street but otherwise i wouldve used spirelli.

I was having a new microwave installed but the delivery company could not install because the old outlet would not work for the new microwave. I called Spirelli and they arranged for an electrician to come the same day. Justin was great! He changed the outlet from the old convection oven to a smaller one for my new microwave. Since I was paying for the hour of time and he still had fifteen minutes left after he finished the microwave he asked if there was anything else that I needed to have done. He quickly changed my light switch in the kitchen to a new designer switch that I had lying around waiting to change it for four months. I plan on calling Spirelli to install all of our new light fixtures for our home and to change all of our outlets and switches to modern ones.

Guys were great. We recently purchased an older home that we know/knew needs(ed) electrical TLC. Inside office staff was great from start. Joe called to provide quote. Everyone was/is incredibly professional. Justin and John came to do the work. 1 fixture still hadn't arrived and they'll be back. We asked that they also inspect the premises to quote us for future electrical upgrade. Justin was incredibly professional and extremely thorough by explaining everything that would happen as well as all of the services they would manage with the upgrade. As far as pricing, it's hard to gauge. I was quoted the price before the work, but I'm not sure if that's avg or high...but I'll definitely use just because they did great work. Installs look great, they clean up afterwards, no damage to any of my ceilings and walls. Looking forward to continue working with them on future projects.

Everyone we have dealt with at Spirelli has been very professional. We were given a prompt appointment for the estimate and the job. Justin did the work for us and he was fantastic; punctual, professional, and friendly. He worked clean and did a wonderful job. We will definitely hire Spirelli again for future projects.

Went very well. Jeff was very professional and completed the work with minimal damage to interior walls for switches and no damage to exterior decking for lights or outlets.

The service was fantastic from start to finish. The initial phone call was answered by a knowledgeable, helpful staff member and did not require multiple calls to make the appointment. The initial contact gave me helpful information to maximize the efficiency of the electricians house call. The electrician came right on time for the appointment and was friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I wish all home improvement contractors could operate like this. They were truly exceptional.

Jeff from Spirelli stopped by to replace some light fixtures. We are also planning to do future work to add recessed lighting in the living room. They charged based on time and materials. The work was very clean and efficient. Think Jeff did a great job and they were much better value for money than some of the other quotes we got. We are definitely planning to bring them back for more work at the house soon.

Before we replaced a StabLock 150amp panel with a more up-to-date/reliable service, Joe Spirelli talked me through all the details and options to let me know what to expect, plus he advised me on how to prepare the panel space myself in order to save time and reduce costs. Justin showed up to do the replacement work, and he worked efficiently and professionally and the job went smoothly. Justin was very upfront and good at explaining the details of the work, especially in consulting with me about a separate issue regarding the wiring in the rest of the house (as a 2nd opinion) and he advised me on what else I should look into (including prep work in the attic to save time and cost) before deciding whether and what additional electrical work (i.e., rewiring) would need to be done. He gave me several reasonable options to consider and did not pressure me into doing any unnecessary work. So overall, I appreciate the no-nonsense, efficient, quality work and the sense that I can trust this provider not to engage in price-gouging or nickle-and-dime-ing tactics.

Overall, the work and service were great. We called the office and that same evening the owner called us back with an estimate and a confirmed work date. On the work date, the technician came on time and completed all the work in less time than had been estimated. We were very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Spirelli Electric.

once the estimate was completed everything went like clockwork

Just purchased a new home and needed an outdoor outlet immediately. Called and requested Jeff based on other Angie customers. Couldn't be more impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Explained everything he did in detail. Already scheduled him for the next project.

Great. He installed the one new light fixture and was able to fix the second light (loose connection). On the third light/ceiling fan, he tested it and determined it was the actual light kit that was defective and said I would need to get a new one. I was very pleased with his level of professionalism and impressed at how helpful he was. He showed me how I could connect a new light kit when I finally get around to get a new one! He was a little late but called to let me know so that was not a problem -- there was good communication. I will use them again next time I need an electrician.

Jeff was great. He did the job quickly and efficiently and spent extra time running and checking the wood splitter without charging us for that time. We have used Spirelli 3 times and they have been excellent each time. In May of this year they correctly reattached our power line to our house. The line had come down in the storm and been temporarily jerryrigged back up by Con Edison. I was ready for hefty damages but Spirelli only charged $158 for that job.

Great last minute response, came within one hour of the phone call. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. would certainly call them again for future work. thank you Angie !!!!
