Everything went very well. They do an excellent job.

Madrid has taken good care of my property from the start. It's been about a year. They come weekly and mow the lawn and correct any problems efficiently. A crew of at least three men arrive promptly every week at the same time and are done in about 15 minutes. The boss is polite, professional and responsive. I am satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

They did a terrific job installing my brick patio, approx 28 feet by 22 feet. I pulled up 7 year old pavers during construction, which they were able to reuse. Some were different shades, and the crew sorted and wove the colors into a seamless pattern. They did an expert job building steps, and grading the backyard for water runoff. They know what they are doing and I highly recommend them. I couldn't be happier with the result.

I found his name in Angie's List with very excellent remarks. I called the number for 3 weeks which apparently was his cell phone. in the beginning wouldn't even take a message, and later when I left a mssage I ended up wasting 3 weeks before he finally called me. he said that he was busy and had a problem with his phone. when he finally came to give a quote, he appeared to be a nice guy and knowledgeable, but very expensive in comparison to others. he gave me a form that how much each service would cost for me to chose, which I did, and he said he would call me back to set up the job. I never received a call nor e-mail ( which I had given mine to him in order for him to contact me as an alternative), and when I called back the number , it went into the same mode and I could not leave a message. I finally quit calling

I have used this company for about 3 or 4 seasons. Three of my neighbors now also use the company. In the beginning everything was good but now I am not pleased. My 2 main complaints are firstly, my lawn looks terrible: weeds, dead grass, possibly a fungus at my fence line where I feel they are cutting the grass too low, weeds are also coming up among the shrubbery. Secondly, the owner DOES NOT RETURN MY CALLS! I have left messages on the business phone, his cell, I have sent him texts messages, I left a message with his wife and I told his brother (second in charge) to ask him to return my call. I even witnessed him (the owner) walk to my door, place his bill in my mailbox and walk back to his truck, with the audacity to look back as he tip toed away. He could have rung the doorbell to speak with me at that time. I was very insulted because I did not expect him to behave in such an unprofessional manner. Last summer 2014, he also did not return calls, and when I finally caught up with him, he said, "You act like am supposed to babysit you lawn!" My response was, "That's exactly what I expect you to do! I expect you to pay attention to it!" In the beginning, before I hired the company, I had a talk with the owner about how I want my lawn to look and that he was to keep it maintained and address any problems without my having to bring it to his attention. Presently, this is not happening and it appears that he does not want to speak with me about it. I hope he will contact me after reading this review. The fact that I am I willing to communicate is a good thing. I believe he is capable of fixing our problem. If not, this will most likely be our last season together.

Excellent. The 3 man crew arrived on time and were through and courteous. A good deal and would definitely recommend and use in the future. They didn't even come to the door as if to look for a tip, but we went to their truck before they left to tip them...thats how happy we were with the service. And now, 2 weeks later, the seed is coming up nicely.

great job lawn looks a lot better

We decided to not go with them. It was a lot more than we expected. The work is nice but the pricing is something I can't afford.

It was a good experience from start to finish. The four-man crew was on time, did a great job, and and didn't leave a mess. Furthermore, the price was fair.

From day 1 this was an easy smooth decision. the service man contacted me using text messages and email which made my life so much easier. he worked with me on the price and just made me feel comfortable. i had weeds all over my lawns and now i see nothing but beautiful green grass. I have trust in the company and can't wait for next year to have them do some big jobs in on the property. the grass is not greener on the other side anymore

Excellent. Very neat, clean. They did more work than I expected and were respectful of not disturbing certain requested areas. This was only the first visit of a weekly contract. Fall cleanup to be done in coming weeks. Will update review if needed later on.

We met with Adelmo last Thursday for an estimate and he and his crew were here promptly on Monday morning . Our landscaping looks like new and it was very overgrown. Adelmo is polite, punctual, communicates with you by text if you like, and he gets the job done. I look forward to using this company in the future.

In addition to doing the work promised,, he was kind enough to email me all the steps that my husband and I need to take to insure that our lawn stays healthy. We decided to have Madrid come back in the spring and do some of the work himself, and take care of some of it on our own. It is very reassuring for my husband and I to know that we can count on Madrid to help us with our Landscaping.

Adelmo is super nice, courteous and fair with pricing. He did the fall clean up and sodding very quickly and efficiently. Very pleased and will continue to use him. My house looks like a totally different house now!

They sprayed the bald patches with this bluish stuff, left no instructions but I watered it faithfully everyday,unfortunately the grass that grew died off completely shortly after germination,not very hardy, and the core aeration was very , very minimal

It went great. They came over and I was really happy with the work. They were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They did above and beyond what we asked them to do. I have nothing but positive remarks to say about their service. They were on time and they put in the full amount of work. They were flexible in terms of what I told them to do and they offered advice on what to do after they had left. They gave me a business card and told me to call in case I needed to have anything else done. I wasn't there when they did the job but I'm happy with the results. We were happy with their service and professionalism

Madrid listened to all our requirements and met them. We live on a canal and he was very careful to select trees that would fit our yard and yet be hardy enough to thrive in a water front setting. He did a great job and came back to make sure that the job was completed properly. Having Madrid as our ongoing gardener with him providing ongoing maintenance is a bonus, he and his team are honest and very respectful and they show up like clockwork.

Spring cleanup, above and beyond what I expected to be done. Weekly maintenance to start this week.

Mr Madrid came on a Sunday to give me an estimate on lawn care for my property. I wish I had before pictures because the job he did was magnificent. There were a lot of dead trees from the Sandy storm that finally died after the second year that needed to be removed. There were also huge wild vines that were growing up the siding of the house. In addition, my front lawn and back yard was SEVERELY overgrown because the last lawn person did a poor job the year before and then quit for this season. Because it was so late in the year (June), I could not find anyone to do the job, everyone was busy. My property was so bad, that I was surprised that I did not get a town summons. But Mr Madrid did the whole job in two days! As promised! I was really surprised at the reasonable price for all the work that had to be done, I expected it to be more. Mr Madrid was very polite and efficient, I also hired him to do the weekly maintenance on my lawn. I only wish I found him last year!
