The Goal of our Company is to bring you the knowledge and experience in the field of lawn care ever since 1998. And, that wisdom will be applied to ensure improvement to make your landscapes a focal point to your surrounding neighbors. Madrid staff counts with certified pesticide applicators. We take the necessary steps to comply with the requirements of New York state as well as local permits (Nassau and Suffolk County) and continuing education. We have built a reputation by working together with our clients hand by hand to achieve their goals. This has built a solid foundation that keeps Madrid expanding its services in all directions every day. Initially, I requested ' aeration & overseeding ' in the Spring but their suggestions for overall lawncare convinced me to hire them for general maintenance. Description of Work: I guess Angies List really works cause it took me several calls to get in contact with this vendor (mailbox always full). When I finally got through, he only communicated via text which was not convient for me. The estimate I received (for planting grass seed in an area approx. 30x 6') was more than $2,500 over my first one. Needless to say, I declined.

Hi,this is Adelmo from madrid landscaping inc.the real price for Mrs.[Member name] was $750 for 4 yards of good topsoil to buy and put it down and level and then seeded,peatmoss to cover seeds to keep them wet and protected.started fertilizer too.there was another section she asked me to price to take ivy out and clean flower beds as well for $100.00,I have a copy of the estimate I gave her.Many blessings...!

I deeply apologize if no one called you but we get very busy sometimes but if something requires prompt attention you can contact another company.I give a lot of estimates and I go to their property and most of the time they just want estimates I donot get upset because they donot hire me.please, donot misunderstand me when I say this because I say it in a possitive way.life is like that,sometimes we donot get what we want when we need it.but we have to keep trying untill we get what we want.there are many factors that play a roll in this life and we have to overcome that.many blesses for you and Family..!
