+ -1 moreI cannot say enough how fantastic it was to work with Deirdre, she is a master gardener and really truly knows her stuff. She took the time to truly listen to us and help me and my husband not just dream up our perfect garden, but made it happen too, making sure that we got exactly the look we were looking for at a great. I still cannot believe the transition, from a big brown moss covered yard to a bucolic romantic landscape full of birds, bumble bees and butterflies, my garden looked incredible and was the envy of my neighbors and friends. I cannot wait to have Deirdre back this year (we're planting a small orchard) and cannot recommend her highly enough.
Description of Work: I bought a charming Victorian last year that needed a lot of work both inside and out. The previous owners had rented the house and so the garden was completely neglected. Loving English gardens I wanted to completely overhaul the garden area and create my own beautiful garden. I looked online got some ideas and headed to Home Depot. Needless to say I got overwhelmed very quickly and looked in hiring a landscaping company. A good friend of mine Janice, had recommend that I work with her gardener Deirdre of Deirdre's Gardens. Deirdre turned my completely bare yard into a gorgeous lush, English garden scape full of flowers beds bursting with color and charm. She also planted gorgeous container gardens that frame my front door entry way and our slate patio.
