Mark was great. He remodeled my downstairs bathroom which doubles as both the powder room and a full bathroom. I get compliments each and every time someone new comes over. The tile work is better then i thought it could be (subway tiled shower with accent tiles and a wall cubby). I have a post and beam house so painting is a challenge and i worry that paint will get on the wood and it will forever be there (multiple wood accents) and his edging was perfect. Did the floor, the shower, custom shower floor, recommended a fantastic cabinet store which had a great selection at extremely competitive costs.

Mark was great - showed up on time, courteous, and professional. My bathroom came out better than planned and couldn't be more pleased. It was a total renovation with a custom tiled shower replacing a bathtub, all new cabinetry and radiant heated tile floor. All was done on time and as quoted.

I paid this contractor over $200,000 to add a brand new addition to my house and, upon completion, it was not level with the existing floor! This caused a noticeable slope from the "old" portion to the new... in the most used traffic area between the kitchen and living room. He had to install 3 different floors, used a product called "levelor" to even out the subfloor, then had to tear it up again and replace... only to bungle it again. Contractor also failed to fit new roof into existing roof, causing opportunity for rain to enter and freeze. Contractor refused to fix both of these problems, saying they were either the fault of the flooring company or the roofing contractor. He was good about one thing... demanding payment! Wouldn't use this guy again in a million years. Didn't back up his work, submitted inaccurate statements to legal authorities. In my opinion, incompetent and no integrity whatsoever. A real jerk.
Description of Work: Contractor removed screen porch, expanded dining room, added office and sunken living room.
