Description of Work: should have painted a few rooms, master bed room, living room, guest room, dining room, family room, foyer. a few rooms would have had wall paper.

Description of Work: They painted a number of rooms in our large house within a week. The quality of the work was great as they did use premium products which was what we requested. They also caulked and filled minor holes and painted our closest.

Description of Work: I called on Wednesday June 20th & got an estimate for some work I wanted done. William came, we agreed on a price & a start date for Wednesday June 27, I would call on Monday the 25th to confirm what time they would arrive. I called & left messages, finally on Thursday June 28th, I CALLED WILLIAM & FINALLY SPOKE TO HIM. He told me they had a big job that ran extra. I asked why didn't I get a call. He apologized & promised we would do it on Thursday July 5th. July 5th comes & goes, no phone call, no nothing. I then called Williams partner Steve who gave me his word he would look into it & I would hear back from in in 2 hours. I am still waiting for that call. I sent them a polite e mail saying I was disappointed in their professionalism & how they conduct business, still no response.. On their website there are all sorts of good reviews, who were these written by, friends & family?, cause I never saw it. I NEVER received one return phone call, I had to call them EVERY TIME! I feel if a company treats you disrespectfully before they have your money, what happens after they have it? The sad part is when William was here, I showed him other work I would use them for, expensive jobs, now, not only will I ever use them again, I'll make sure nobody else I know does either. the following is from their website: I don't know about #4, but 1,2 3, & 5 are lies. Heres #6- Spotless will treat you like crap & never return your phone calls or show up when expected. 1-Spotless is on time all the time 2-Spotless Owners & Employees take Extreme Pride in Our Work 3-Spotless is Neat & Clean During Project as well as after Completion 4-Spotless always Exceeds Customers Expectations at Affordable Rates 5-Spotless always has Owner on Project To say I'm p is an understatement, I needed to get my deck cleaned so I could paint before the extreme hot weather came, because I relied on them & they failed to show, I had to put this off until the fall & work on this, & put off a project I wanted to start in September. they totally screwed up my work plans, I don't have a lot of spare time & unlike them, I try to stick to a schedule. we have done a lot of work on our house in 5 years & whoever we hire usually gets jobs from our neighbors. These guys lost out on a lot of potential business. Word of advice, treat your customers like they matter or you won't have to many of them. There is an old saying in business- "Do a good job & your customer will tell 5 people, do a bad job & they will tell 50"

Description of Work: Entire Interior: 3 Bedrooms, Foyer, Kitchen, Living Room, Den, Basement My Walls & Ceilings were badly damaged, a lot of cracks, peeling spackle tape and nail pops everywhere. The trim wasn't in the best of condition either in desperate need of a Paint Job. I Had all Ceilings Painted White, Custom Colors on all the Walls throughout the House and Finished off with a Semi Gloss White Trim.

Description of Work: We just had paneled woodwork installed in our two story foyer. Spotless Painting came in to sand and paint the paneling, remaining foyer, and our second floor hallway. We've used Steve and his company in the past to paint the entire exterior and trim of our house and for two other rooms in our home. Each time Steve and his crew have been professional, punctual, neat and their qoutes have always been fair. It's usually an unpleasant experience when you're forced to share your home with others for days at a time, but Steve and his crew have always been courteous and unobtrusive. They swept and mopped my foyer floor when they were done sanding and swept and vacuumed at the end of the job. They even changed a chandelier light that was out! They're the only painting company we'll ever use.
