 + -1 moreHe did an awesome job, it turned out really well. He communicated really well to us about the estimate and the progress.
Description of Work: He tore up all the carpets and sanded the all of the floors in the house. He stained it, and put two coats of urethane on it.

Description of Work: Sanded oak floor, repaired damaged, stained boards and replaced severely damaged wood. Sealed and applied new stain.
