Luan called and came to give me an estimate a 1/2 later. We agreed on a price and 2 1/2 hours later the job was complete, much to my satisfaction. I have another project and Luan will give me an estimation. Very satisfied.

Luan was great! He's clearly a hard worker and willing to go above and beyond to make his customers happy. He did an amazing job repairing our chimney and doing some patchwork on our roof last year. Then, someone in the family didn't close the flue correctly so we had to call him to fix it and he resolved it less than 24 hours later!

Luan was fantastic! Professional and reliable. We had siding installed and needed some repairs to termite damaged wood. Luan knows his stuff, explained everything, and he took the time to get the job done right. I would definitely refer him, as well as hire him again!!

They are professional. Was running late and he called to informed me that he was going to be late. upon arrival he apologised for his lateness. He informed me of everything he was going to do before starting the job.

Luan showed his expertise in power washing by doing so without damaging the siding or roofing. Although originally hired a few months for a masonry repair, he pointed out my blocked downspouts and replaced these. He is not a workman but a professional who can see other problem issues that need correction and has the expertise to fix them.

Will hire this company again when all the window shutters will be replaced and when the house needs siding.

I hired Pro Master Construction to do the trimming in windows and doors I had installed previously. They did a great job!! Luan knew exactly what I wanted and got it all done in a timely fashion. Very neat, kept all their cutting tools outside and left everything how they found it. Very good work, I will definitely hire again.

Pro Master Construction - HIRE THEM!! I am always skeptical when it comes to repair contractors, Luan from Pro Master Construction is different (Luan is the Owner). I had a leak in my roof during the ice and snow storm we had on Long Island. I called Luan, told him the issue and within the hour he was here climbing up on my roof while there was still snow there and during the rain! Wow. He did the repair needed, also took the time to look over and seal any areas that needed a patch. He is was fair with his assessment of the work that was need and advised what will be needed in the future. Homeowners, the pricing that Pro Master gives is unbeatable, I have shopped around and no one comes close to what he gave me on future projects. This winter was a tough one for all, its good to know I found a contractor I can trust. Roof repair, siding, chimney repair, Luan and Pro Master Construction is your best bet. Luan keep up the great service, you and your team are the best.
