I prefer not to go into details. he was unlike the three previous contractors I had hired on your recomendation, one of them being gutter helmet. you can have this info but I prefer not to go into details.nor do i want you to use my identity in discussing this with this individual because I am stuck on using him for future service which i unfortunately paid him for in the original contract.

+ -1 moreCalled in the afternoon and left a message. Received a callback a couple of hours later and set up an appointment the next morning. He arrived on time and started to investigate the problem. He found wires the where cut with a weed whacker from the lawn service. He fixed the problem and everything is now working.
Description of Work: Had a problem with the Sprinkler control unit showing errors. Tried resetting the unit but the errors still appeared.

+ -1 moreWe didn’t have any real problems. I like the contractor’s approach; he didn’t just pick one vendor for components, he mixed it up based upon which components were better. Some people came in and only installed from one vendor or strongly recommended a particular vendor. He came in around the middle or toward the high side of the quotes I got, but I liked his approach best. He is also a licensed plumber so that’s important when he ties in the sprinkler system to the house’s plumbing. All of his work looked good.
