Scheduled roof work for the next day after assessment; the business owner was on the job and explained the work needed, gave a reasonable price for the work done, all were friendly, polite, efficient & cleaned up before leaving. I would call them again.

Observed others roof issues not noted by other prospective vendors

Roofing was installed and the roof leaked at the first rain. They then replaced the skylight. But they never told me that the internal beams had rotted. They laid the plywood down without noting that the beams were virtually gone. Instead, they should have told us that the beams needed replacing, which would have been easy to replace since the roof was open. But they just put down the pile wood without a word about the rotted beams. Now I have to pay thousands more to replace the beams from the inside of the house.

Very professional and clean. They were able to find the source of the leak and repair the same day. Nick was kind and fair with the price for the task. The entire crew was very courteous and friendly. The job site was cleaner than when they arrived! I definitely recommend and will consider for future projects.

Needed a repair for a leak in my kitchen. In the morning I got an estimate of $3,000 to repair roof. In the afternoon Benard from LI Prestige Construction came to my home. Went up on roof and showed me pictures of where the shingle had blown off and the tar paper was exposed. Charged me $500 and said he would fix it right now. Took about an hour. He was professional and courteous. And the best part about it is I no longer have a leak! Would recommend to anyone.

Before talking to me about the job needs, they were on my roof and in my attic. With pictures taken of the site,I was able to see the problem and understand the plan of action. This set the stage for establishing a rapport of confidence. They worked effectively and expediently.I appreciate their endeavors.

I called and spoke to Bernard who was very pleasant and helpful. They were able to come to my home the next morning, called on their way, and arrived on time/early. The workers were on my roof and took photos to show me the damage that needed repair. When I agreed, they began the project immediately and the work was completed that day in a timely manner. They also replaced several areas of vinyl siding. I found this company to be honest, fair and very reliable. I would recommend to anyone!

Brendan was easy to work with but the day of the repair, he arrived with a different color shingle instead of what his quote promised. Also, his father, Nick arrived along with Brendan's crew and immediately began to tell me how great a deal I got and that he would've charged several hundred dollars more and in fact did just that in Stony Brook. He then said I needed additional repairs to my roof valley that just the day before Brendan said not to be concerned about. I felt uneasy and as though he was forcing me into a decision that was unnecessary. The reason for the low rating is the fact I was promised a similar/same color shingle AND most significantly the pressure the father applied.
