Bernard is a very professional and knowledgeable guy. He explained in detail what should be done with my roof and completed work in a very efficient manner.

LI Prestige was the first one to call from Home Advisor inquiry. They came from afar to look at my leaky roof that had damaged the ceiling of the dining room. Promised to come back the next day to start project. As promised. Said they’ll be at the house around 10. As promised. Said it’ll take them 2-2.5 hours. As promised. During the roof work, they found a potential future leak. Agreed to additional work/charge. Won’t know if the problem is fixed til I get the ceiling repaired and the next rain storm hits. A few days later, inspected the work and noticed some minor bubble/hole that formed over the seal near the side of the house that could potentially leak into the roof. Informed LI Pretige of the issue. They said they’ll reseal it when they are nearby one day. I understand they’re from quite far and I’ll give them a week to come by and reseal. If they do, I’ll amend the review. And once the leak can be fixed, I’ll give 5 stars. Until then, I’m only halfway satisfied.

Very cordial and professional

It was a good experience. Larry and the repairmen were very professional, polite and they arrived on time. They performed the task of repairing my damaged shingles and they even cleaned up after the job was done. Again, It was a good experience.

Thank you Larry and your crew for your outstanding job and service. i had 3 times free estimaste from other companies before Larry. all of them just go up and down, did not do any test, just stand there and talk... Only Larry did water test and finger out my leaking problem. and replace it in 2hours great job! and huge thanks!

Larry was helpful as he spotted missing shingles from my roof and was able to replace with new shingles from his van

The team was prompt and courteous. They took before and after pictures of my roof so I could have a better understanding of the damage incurred by heavy winds. We can now weather another storm. Thank you.

Very professional. Explained the whole job, materials he would need and the procedure he would follow. Also explained how the problem happened in the first place. Finished the job in one afternoon. Would highly recommend and use again.

They were on time (early actually), professional, and fast. All questions were answered clearly. We'll be using them again for other work.
