Excellent experience with this company. Roof was leaking all over due to extensive damage to decorative dormer by a family of raccoons. Owner was well-spoken, assessed the damage and removed rotted area, replacing wood and shingles. Since the work was done, not a drop of rain has entered house. And the roof looks great. Another company, by the way, tried to convince me I needed an entire new roof. My roof is not that old and I didn't call for a new roof, but for repairs to apparent damage. When I do need a new roof, I will call this company.

The whole process with Paul was wonderful. I first contacted Paul through the message feature on Angie's list on a Sunday and he responed right away. Paul came right away that week and gave me a Free estimate. Another company was going to charge me a fee (to be taken off if I used them) for an estimate and they couldn't come out for another two and a half weeks. Paul came out on the week we scheduled and power washed and prepped the roof. He also advised me I could save some money if I just had it taped and not taped and sealed. Paul was in contact with the company of the product he uses to make sure either way would fix my problem. I went with the original option of tape and sealant as I wanted to be extra certain that the roof was sealed because I had such a problem with it over the years. I wish I had thought of Paul and his company years ago! My room was repaired before the other company would have even come out for an estimate. My husband and I couldn't be happier and would defintely use Paul again. We highly recommend Paul and Got Leaks!! Paul also switched our gutter over the garage to drain on the other side. That also works great.

Very professional.Returned phone call. Sounds like a small,trivial matter, but the majority do not. Prompt, clean.

Once we called for the repair, Paul had his crew out within a week. He was also there working the entire time. The job was scheduled to be started and finished on a Saturday. The crew arrived right on time and started. They were cleaning the debris as they worked. They also had to remove all the old tar that was used to seal the chimney. The job took longer than expected because there was a lot more wood rot than expected. Paul came back on Sunday by himself to finish the job. The workmanship was outstanding. Even though the job took an extra ½ day and more wood was required because of the extensive rot, Paul never asked for another dime. The facing on the job looks great. The clean-up was so good; you couldn’t even tell they were there. I definitely recommend Paul and his company, Got Leaks
