Hired Best Choice for gutter cleaning, shingle replacement. The job was done efficiently and at a great price. Tim arrived punctually and he was very professional, as well as informative. Highly recommended if you want a great job done without breaking the bank !

This company was timely and mostly gave personal attention. The job was excellent except for them leaving a couple of heavy construction bags of debris in my regular household garbage cans. I had to take them to the dump myself.

I was not happy with a re-roofing contracting we hired them for in fall 2017. There are several things I am still not happy about. What REALLY irks me is that Arber & Eddie steadfastly declined to remove the old sheets of plywood from either end of the ridge vents and the front roof in front my of daughters room. I specifically went to get the insulation in the event it was needed. The squirrels lived in that attic space on and off for over a year, so I wanted to be sure the insulation wasn't completely ripped up and non-functional. My daughter room is also considerably colder than the rest of the house, and the squirrels had ripped up insulation along that front wall to get to the crawlspace. They agreed in an email to check this for me and were charging me enough to re-wood the entire roof, the least they could have done was pull up 3 of my 5 sheets of plywood to make me satisfied. I do not believe for one second that Eddie could tell the insulation was okay without doing this. There was no way to see that far back from the ridge vent. Even if you double the retail cost and add the cost as labor, that comes out to $663. What is the other $337 for? They also had listed step flashing, yet when I asked about ripping the shingles on 2 small angled back sections I was told they couldn't because they'd have to rip up the step flashing. So they had in the estimate they'd include step flashing, and the rest of the roofing was down to the rafters, why should these have been any different? Pretty straightforward and meets the same newness as the rest of the roof. Next ka-ching: I was quoted a price of $1300 for a stainless steel chimney liner i "needed". Proof was a cell phone picture that could have been anyone's house. We negotiated down to $1100. Turns out they didn't have to replace the bottom t-section/damper, yet no adjustment was made. Finally, I do not like the visual line on the front roof over the front door where the garage meets the main roof. They have to put them up a certain way to avoid water & ice from getting under it, I got that. How putting a small section over THAT to make the roof visually appealing changes that I cannot fathom. I wasn't asking to change the way the roof was originally done, just to make it pleasing to the customers, eye. I showed several pictures of roofs around the neighborhood, none done the way they did it. I find it hard to believe all these other roofers did it wrong.

They found roof did not overhang cutter I had them add shingles. They also found missing shingles and tard and corked chimney plus. Cost a lot more than planned but they took pictures of problems repair needed.

The response was fast, service was fast and professional. They had to remove snow and ice from the gutters of a church and got it done before the nex storm. Communication was excellent.
