The workers arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently and quickly. Weâ re polite and very helpful. . Explained about what might be causing the problem I was encountering. Also saw another problem that needed fixing and have an estimate for it. They were able to come and do the work with minimum delay. Price was reasonable and fair.

Showed up exactly when he said he would. Did our gutter repairs on the spot. Also checked other gutter around the house and gave me an evaluation that seemed honest. His price was not cheap, but seemed fair. If I needed other gutter or roof repair I would absolutely reach out to him.

They wanted to charge me too much for gutter cleaning and to seal something on the roof. The gutter cleaning was too expensive. I never got a receipt and there were no senior discounts. It took the guy 5 minutes and he charged me $200.

Because I was out of town, I needed to do everything by phone, text and email. I do this often and rely on the contractors working with me to get the job done while I am away. Some neighbors called me to say shingles had come off my roof in a recent hurricane. I remotely interviewed 3 roofers for the job on my house. Best Choice (Tim) gave me a VERY complete picture of what was needed and provided a very competitive price. He probably spent 30 minutes evaluating my roof and sent me lots of pictures which he explained to me on the phone. A second roofer came by the next day, spent 5 minutes and told very little was wrong with my roof. . When I asked for photos, he said he will get them to me soon. A week later, I got 2 photos. A third roofer I spoke with never called back to schedule. It was clear I should hire Best Choice. They worked with me on the schedule and made it easy for me to pay remotely, and sent me pictures of the completed (on time!) project. Very professional and high quality, He also explained to me other things that were needed that I didn't know about, but did not even try to sell himself on doing them. I like contractors who do quality work and don't try to oversell!

They arrived quickly and provided an estimate after a brief analysis of the issue. It was confirmed there was a leak in the roof and we discussed what needed to be done. It sounded right, so we settled on a price. However, after seeing the finished work and time it took to accomplish (maybe 15 minutes), I believe we overpaid for the repair. $500 later, we basically got $10 worth of sealant added under tiles and our gutters blown out with a leaf blower. My fault for not understanding the issue well enough.

The guys were very efficient and did a great job cleaning my gutters and installing gutter covers. They also cleaned up the debris. I am very pleased with the quality of the work.
