When we arrived home and found the damage to the new dining room ceiling from a leak, we were very upset and didn't want to contact the contractor that "repaired" previously. As we pondered what to do, a friend referred this contractor. Once contacted, via cell phone, he returned call shortly thereafter. The situation was explained to him and he came to the house to access the situation. He provided a quote and the next day we decided to have him work on this. Communication between contractor and customer (us) was excellent. Contractor readjusted his scheduled due to the situation being more important to repair than the job he was scheduled to do. Once completed the initial repair, he told us to keep him posted. The next day he returned to complete the job and advised us that he guarantees his work and to contact him if anything was to happen. He installed a toilet in the unit which is working great. We are very pleased with contractor's work and found him to be very personable, supportive and explained in detail what he suspected and steps he was taking to fix the damage. It was nice to know that we took priority over something else work related but also he showed on a Sunday to finish the job and make sure we were satisfied with service.

Gate was re-hung using existing hinges and two 2x4s were installed as removable bars to strengthen the structure. I'm not sure it was the most creative solution, but it will be okay.

He is easy to talk to and his team gets work done in a timely manner. His pricing is fair and it's wonderful to work with him since he is a contractor and he can get everything I need done from plumbing to electrics.
