When I called to the town, they called him that day and within 24 hours he had been to my house, assessed the situation and he had set up traps all around the exits and entrances from my duct. He came every single day to check the traps and he spent some time with me, and showed me how to prevent them from moving in. He was very respectful to those animals. He was very kind and efficient. He came in when he said he was going to come, and he was very good. It was a free service from my town, my town paid for it.

I telephoned my village office on a Thursday afternoon to let them know I had an Opossum living under my deck. Bob Clingerman called me back within 24hrs and made an appointment to come to my house and set up traps. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He returned both on Saturday and Sunday to check the traps. After catching my Opossum he spent time with me explaining how to close up gaps under my porch to avoid any more creatures making homes under my deck.
