The workmanship, courtesy, and promptness were outstanding, but I had to insist that the two steps they built included risers in addition to treads, which, at first, were absent. As a result, they had to dismantle the steps, buy additional boards, and rebuild them. This addition of the risers made for more solid steps, and I was completely satisfied with the finished job.

I contacted Home Advisor about repairs to a stockade fence. Scott called right away, made an appointment and arrived on time. He took a look at the job, wrote me a quote onsite at which time I hired him. He called his crew and scheduled them for the following day. Scott came back later that same day with the materials for the job and dropped them off. His crew showed up on time and got straight to work even though the weather turned out to be very inclement. I told them that they could come back the following day when the weather was nicer, but they insisted that they would work through it. Scott's crew did a great job and it was completely finished much quicker than I expected. All of the communication with Scott and his crew was preceded by a phone call so I knew exactly when they were arriving. I would definitely hire them again.

I hired them to replace my roof. They did a total tear off and replacement. Very fast and proffesional. They cleaned up everything and addressed all my questions and concerns. I will be having them back to replace my siding as well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done for sure.

Mr Youngs came to access and propose water damage repair to our roof and kitchen as instructed by our Home Owner Insurance assessor. He wanted all the money up front, we paid half and then remainder upon completion. Initially we were happy with the work as it looked nice, but in 6 weeks we fond it turning brown and ceiling leaking and bubbling with moisture and water. I called Mr Youngs to inform him and he said he would not come back and work for free. After contacting HomeAdvisor who was very helpful in helping us in working with the contractor and potentially taking advantage of a 77 year old homeowner. On March 20th 2020 Mr Youngs returned to our home to look at the condition of his work and insisted that it was our fault we didn't call to have more of the roof repaired and nothing he would or could do now except be given more money for more roof work. Mr Youngs did provide us with a separate assessment on completing the rest of the work to do more repairs in the spring. My question to him is why he would only do a portion of the work knowing it would continue leaking and yet painted the kitchen to look nice in December if he knew his work would be ruined by not doing the rest of the work on the roof.

I had a problem with a gutter that had partially come off and was hanging off. They came and gave me an estimate and fixed the problem within a week. Since it's March and we can still have winter storms, I was thankful they fixed it so quickly.

Scott is on top of things at all times. He explains things so you understand what he is going to do. He is polite and very professional. He does the job in a timely manner and does it the right way. I would recommend him with out a doubt. I am glad I found him.
