I was displeased to find out that I paid more than I would have if I hadn't gone through Home advisor. I don't understand why I should have been billed more because the contractor has to pay you a fee. I won't use you again for that reason. The tech was 2 1/2 hours late for the initial visit, had to cancel the next visit and was an hour late for the install the next day. And he referred to my wife as " sweet heart" more than once. An overall poor experience.

Even though it hasn't snowed enough yet this contactor seemed very professional. I believe I may use him for other work this spring.

We had a complete roof tear off. Scott came out promptly to give us an estimate and was able to start the next month. The job took about 5 days total start to finish. All workers were polite, kind, and professional. I always felt like they were being fair and honest with us too. They didnt try to upsell or charge us for things that didn't need to be done. They take pride in their work and it shows. They cleaned up the jobsite nicely each day and worked with us every step of the way. We hope to have them back to do our siding. Thank you!

The replacement of my snow/ice cables was handled professionally and in a timely fashion. The two-person crew was courteous, worked diligently, and cleaned up carefully. They even put thought into improving how the cables should run to make their efficacy better than the previous setup. I would definitely work with Eastside again. They tested the cables to make sure they were working, but since this work was done in Sept, I won't be able to fairly judge the quality of the work until we get some snow (hence 4.5 stars, as it remains to be fully seen).

The employee (Chris) did the job very well and was very friendly. He answered all of my questions. The only drawback, and it's a minor one, was that I had asked someone to call me when they were on the way to my place, which did not happen, and the contractor came 1 hour early, which normally would not have been a problem, but I was not home when they came that early.

Wish all contracting went as easy as this one. They showed up on time as promised. They called ahead to let me know when they would arrive. VERY knowledgeable. Cleaned up after finishing the job, you would never even know they were here. When I noticed a very minor error in the estimate, they immediately tore up the estimate, wrote a new estimate with the correction and reduced the price by $20.00. I said that they did not have to do that, but they insisted. GREAT to work with!
