Description of Work: Called them earlier during the week and set up an appointment for 10 am to have my main snaked in my basement. I took the day off work so I was there when they came. Around 10:30am I called and left a message that nobody had shown yet and was wondering if they were behind. Nobody ever showed and my call has never been returned.

 + 0 moreI called for service an answering machine picked up; not a person. I left a message. They called back later the same evening leaving me a message. I returned their call the following morning. I'm still waiting for a call back--it's May now.

 + 0 moreWe had a problem with our sewer water backing up into our home. We called Carissimi Plumbing (owner George Chapelsky) to come take a look at our problem. We had to leave a message for him and he called us back promptly. He made an appointment to come the same day. He was quick and professional and got the tree roots broken up and our line cleaned out.
Description of Work: We had our sewer line cleaned out.
