We could not be more pleased. Cliff and his crew were outstanding and the result is beautiful. The price was very reasonable, actually less than I anticipated, and the quality was much more than I expected. Cliff is very professional and takes great pride in his work, as does his entire crew. I would give them my highest rating, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work.

Cliff came to my house and we discussed what I was looking for. He helped me to pick the stone work that best fit the look I wanted in my yard. We agreed on a price and the said it would be about 6 weeks before he could start the work. I never had to recall him. I received a call from Cliff 6 weeks later stating when he would come and he texted me times to expect him. He was always very punctual and professional. I love the edging and I would definitely use him again.

Having looked at their sample colors and patterns I chose the simple angle pattern and a dark adobe color to match the mulch. I did not want anything showy and preferred in blended in to the background as best as possible. No stamped design was requested for that reason. I wished to have it visually recede and just be there, no way was it to draw any attention. Well the process went great, the men worked quickly and very tidy. The color seemed correct until it dried. Now I don't know what color it is (some where between mauve and beige). I felt bad for them and ordered Rustoleum from Home Depot to try and fix it. Then a light came on, they make the mistake let them at least pay for the paint (50.28) after all this fool was going to do the labor. Well they refused to pay for the paint and I got mad. So I explained that any other client would make them make good, do it over. rip it out, or worse case, rip it out and hire someone else. They still will not cooperate and I have been in constant contact with Jim, the owner and his son, Clifford and neither will budge. I feel I at least deserve the cost of the paint. When that fell through my attention turned to, your mistake, you fix it at no charge to me (Do It Over) or help me out financially. They still refused. I warned them that the neighbors who were so taken with the idea at first could see me painting these concrete borders and get one of two answers, BorerLineDesigns screwed up and refused to fix it or I decided on a different color, their choice. They made it clear, they don't care. I don't need nor deserve the added work. I have at one time or another been stepped on by every contractor coming down the pike and was a veteran at this game. I tried to play ball. No good. I told Jim that I hoped the next client makes them tear out the entire job and do it all over again, correctly this time, no additional charge. The color I chose was a dark Adobe Brown. Let your patrons decide what color this is supposed to be? I'm at a loss I just hope the Home Depot paint does the trick, it is going to be tedious and I must be very careful as it is spray on. I m very disappointed in their attitude and even offered to try to promote their business, that offer now withdrawn. If you use them make them stick around until the product dries or you won't know what you might end up. Better yet, try some other company like Skyline Curbing. I have pictures.
