Had a metal awning installed for back patio. It is so great to have emails and texts answered so quickly. Throughout the transaction, I was given a quote, time frame and install date that were very accurate. Very happy with the work. I would definitely recommend them!

Scott and Alex installed a sliding door in my kitchen that had brick behind the siding and did an incredible job. Scott and Alex were so wonderful. they worked together hand in hand. highly recommend Window Mill if these two are their go to.

Sam was excellent. He gave me an estimate and a probable date and everything was on time. Byron installed my storm door and did above and beyond what the manufacturer called for. Yes I would highly recommend them . I was happy with there installation of my awing and storm door. They were very professional.

Let me start by saying that I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! Sam and his team were absolutely incredible, friendly, and extremely professional. They do wonderful work and definitely take pride in it! I had some wall air conditioning units removed and was worried about getting matching siding to fill in the gaps. I had several other contractors give estimates, all of whom said they could come close but it would not be 100%. Sam and his team did it so well that I literally cannot tell where the originally siding ended and the new siding begins. I would definitely recommend them for any project!

I met Sam in Nov and hired him immediately because he was a nice man who offered a fair price for the job that needed to be completed as well as being in this business for years. We had to wait on the doors to arrive and job was done about a month and a half after initial hiring. Husband and I were happy with the inside work even though we had to repair a crack in the molding and paint it ourselves. We did not notice the messy job of the outside until after we paid the balance and Sam and his coworker had left already. I contacted Sam immediately and sent multiple pictures of all of the messy work (capping done terribly, trek deck base board not put back in place but replaced with ugly brown piece of wood that does not match the white doors which Sam instructed me to paint white because he was not going to put back the original trek base board, and the whole siding on top of replaced patio door is buckled. Sam came back a few days after and said that he would be back another day to do the repairs but come now it is mid April and still no repairs have been done. I have had to reach out to Sam to try and schedule these repairs multiple times over the last 4 months. I feel Sam should have made more of an initiative to reach out to us to have this fixed asap instead of me always having to contact him first. It wasn't until I sent Sam an email stating how very disappointed I was did he try to make an attempt to schedule a day/time to return and fix the repairs needed. Unfortunately he wanted to come the very next day which was too short of a notice for me as I would not be home. I asked if he could come on the weekend as my husband wanted to be present and Sam refused. This was on April 2nd and I have not heard from him since. I am not one to complain or give a bad review without merit and I had attempted to resolve this with Sam many times over the last few months but I now have to spend additional money to hire someone else to come and redo the framing. Very disappointed with the work and the lack of customer service. I wish that I had the capability of adding pictures to this so that everyone can see why I am sending this review.

Sam provided me with an estimate within a day of contacting him. The estimate was much more reasonable than ones I received from others. Within three weeks my windows were received and installation was begun, Sam and Russ did the installation they explained all that was being done and took care bto coplete the project timely. I would definitely hire tthem again or recommend them to others. I was totally satisfied with the whole process and the work they did.

from start to finish the process was quick, smooth, and tailored to what my needs were. when new problems were found while repair\installing siding they were brought to my attention with a list of options and consequences that made it easy for me to decide how to handle them

He came on time and did good work. We just didn't get the senior discount they advertise on their business card. He was very nice and cleaned up after himself. He just didn't notify us of the discount.

The work was done performed efficiently. Took a bit longer than predicted, but they did finish before my absolute deadline (barely). Craftsmanship was fine, except for one small feature that I can live with. My biggest disappointment came from the price that I was charged. It was more then the agreed upon estimate by several hundred dollars, but at least the job was completed.

They worked fast and clean. I called them and they repaired the vinyl siding on my house the same day. I am very pleased with their work.
