it went well. It was a difficult job due to tight locations within cabinets. Lots of effort to get the job done. Spent additional time buffing away old deposits due to long time leaky faucets.

Paul and his assistant entered my home and removed their shoes and gave a thorough assessment of the problem. They laid a floor covering from the front door of my home and covered their work area. They worked in a calm and thoughtful manner. When the work was completed Paul explained the work done and showed me how to work the new valves. Paul telephoned before they arrived to let me know they were on their way.

It went very well. We called Paul because we had a leay pipe in our basment that needed to be fixed as soon as possible. Within the hour Paul was there and ready to work. He did an excellent job and we will use him again. Seemed very honest and friendly.

My overall experience with them was very good. He was very friendly and prompt. He got the job done and he was reasonable. He cleaned up after himself. Regarding price, he was the cheapest among them.

I called early this morning after discovering that my current indirect water heater had burst and had leaked all over my boiler room and my laundry room. Paul showed up promptly at 7:30 AM and took care of everything that needed to be done. He located a new unit for me, picked it up and installed it all in the same day that I initially made the phone call. He did an immaculate job and didn't leave until everything was perfect. He was extremely pleasant and took pride in his work. I would recommend him to anyone who needed work done.

Paul was professional and very organized. I hired him just to install my dishwasher, which he did. He also replaced my water pipes under the sink. He is very thorough. I have already recommended to other family members. His fees are very reasonable. I would and will have him do additional work. Very pleased with the outcome

They were here within the hour. They were here for two and a half hours because they found two additional breaks in the line.

Paul provided a telephone estimate which was less expensive than a competitor. He performed the installation in a timely, professional and efficient manner and we have been very happy with the results. This was the second time I had called Paul. The first time he came to give me an estimate on a faucet which was squirting water. He informed me it only needed to be tightened. He tightened it for me and did not charge me for a service call which I greatly appreciated.

A pipe burst in our home early Saturday, and we called Paul to see if he offered emergency service. He was able to come same day, and take care of the problem so that we could have heat and water back into our home. He arrived quicker than expected (which was great), and quickly completed the work. He was both courteous and professional. We will be using Paul again to repair a slab leak in our home, and possibly install some new appliances. Would HIGHLY recommend his services.

Unfortunately, Paul was sick with the flu so we could only get advice, but he did take the time to talk me through some preventative measuer so this doesn't happen again

I have used Paul before and he is phenomenal. He doesnt over charge, he doesnt attempt to sell you what you dont need. He is honest and I would recommend him to my great great grandmother.

Excellent does not begin to describe the professionalism and high quality of work done by Paul and his plumbing service. He took the time to think out the manner in which to fix our slab leak in the least destructive manner in our home. His prices are extremely fair considering all the time he spent on what proved to be a knotty problem. He upgraded two ball valves in our forty-year old plumbing system. He's a definite and quot;keeper.and quot; He joins a cadre of professional from Angie's List who take the angst and frustration out of home improvement.

It went well from start to finish. From returning my phone call within 2 1/2 hours on Friday to completion of job on Saturday. He arrived on time, he said he would be there by 6pm and he was. He took care of the leak from hose by replacing it. He checked out everything else under the sink. Said everthying was good. Made a suggestion that I call burner man and check the hot water temperture it may be set to high and that can cause the connections to corrode faster. He was very nice. I feel that has far as I am concerned Paul would be the plumber to call.

We had a leak from our hot water pipe that was also corroded and needed to be replaced asap ! The problem is that the pipes in our home are very difficult to get to in order to fix or replace them . We have a Levit Home (which means the the boiler and pipes are in a very tight spot in the center hallway of our home), I had a couple of estimates and they were through the roof in what they wanted to charge us. Mostly, because it was a difficult job to cut and replace the pipe in such a cramped area. Paul called me and came to look at the job and gave a fair price for the work. Paul came when he said he would. He was very professional, courteous, did a wonderful job and cleaned up as well. My husband and I felt that the price was reasonable for what needed to be done. The job took about 1 1/2 hours. We will definitely use Paul's Plumbing Service in the future and will recommend to all of our friends and family.
