Description of Work: I used the services of Heitz Heating & Air Conditioning to fix my air conditioner last month. They added Freon, and they did some repair work.

+ -1 moreI purchased a house in the spring but during inspection the engineer could not test the A/C because it was so cold. When it got warm we fired up the A/C and it didn't start. We had a service contract with Varsity and they said the whole system needed to be replaced. We had several other companies come out and tell us the same thing. Estimates from $7K-$14K. My neighbor recommended Walter. Walter was the only one who checked for a leak. In the end he found that some $100 part had stopped working. He replaced it and we've been running through two summers now. No new A/C needed.
