Description of Work: Designs by Longo designed and installed a fabulous backyard patio, complete with sheer descend waterfalls and pillars with electric lanterns. I requested the waterfalls be illuminated and Carmine, owner of Designs by Longo, imagined a strip of colorful illumination that I control via remote; color, white, dynamic, static, no illumination. I was so happy with their professionalism and service, that I requested they reface the front of my home, replacing the old brick with the veneer stone that coordinates with the back.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Designs by Longo is a great company. Carmine Longo helped us design our new patio and told us what combinations of pavers would go well with others. His staff was comprised of a group of men who were punctual, professional, and very hard working. They did a great job cleaning up the area at the end of each day. To get to the back yard, they had to use our asphalt driveway. They completely covered it and it was fully protected. I was very impressed with their work ethic. The finished job is magnificent. It greatly exceeded our expectations. We recommended the company to our friends who were contemplating a new patio and they have already hired them.
Description of Work: We replaced my wood deck with a patio made with pavers.

+ 0 moreI called Carmine at Designs by Longo on the recommendation of our general contractor and boy was I glad that I did. He was quick to return my call and set up the initial consult. After meeting with him and discussing our needs, he quickly came up with a 3D design of how the job would look once completed. Once we saw his design, we knew that he was the guy for us. Carmine and his crew started the job when promised and was extremely courteous and professional from start to finish. Anytime I had a concern, Carmine was there to put my mind at ease. They did a fantastic job and the craftsmanship is impeccable. It's evident that these guys take pride in their work. I couldn't be more satisfied with the finished product. I continue to get compliments from all my neighbors on how great the house looks. If you are in need of an excellent, reliable and trustworthy contractor for any masonry or landscaping work, give Carmine and his brother Andrew a call, you will not be disappointed! I would highly recommend Designs by Longo and will be using them again for other projects in the near future!
Description of Work: New front stoop and steps done in Cambridge wall stone, new landing done in Cambridge paving stone, replaced existing side walls up driveway and retaining wall under front window with same Cambridge wall stone to match stoop, new asphalt driveway with paving stone border and stone veneer front of house. This job was a complete rip down and redesign.

Description of Work: I hired Longo to put in a patio, two walkways and a driveway. They gave free 3d designs on my vision and through out the project helped with paver colors, patterns and were very helpful in making the decisions. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for landscaping and other masonry projects we have planned.
