All Tech Appliance Service

called AllTech on Thursday 7/30 asking for a tech to come out and look at my dryer that was not working. They stated they could have a tech there Monday 8/3. Evan (the owners son) arrived and was professional. He stated he found the issue and needed to order a part for a pump. I asked him how much that would cost he tell me $40, but its going to be 2 days because COVID has been giving us issues with ordering. He said someone would contact us when the part comes in for him to install. 3 days later I call the office and speak to a young sounding man. He at first can't find my order and puts me on hold for a few minutes. When he returns he states that the tech that was at the house has his own way of ordering things and doesn't order by client name (Redflag #1) he said he needs to talk to the tech and call me back. No callback was made. My husband calls on day 4 and was told the same thing about the way the texh ordered the part and that we are now just waiting for FEDEX to give us a tracking number. We allow for the weekend to go by and call back on monday 8/10. We are told that Evan ordered the wrong part and now we needed to wait longer. It is also going to cost $225 not the original $40 he told us on 8/3 and that no one can come to install the part until Saturday 8/15! At this point my husband goes to pick up the part to install the part himself. Within a few hours we get a call back from Christine stating that she highly recommends that we don't install ourselves and that we need to wait until Saturday. I told her what has been going on and that we could not possibly wait until Saturday. She was able to get Evan to come here Wednesday 8/12. He replaced the part in 5 mins and was out of the house. I am hoping that there are no further issues and that the part was actually installed correctly now. Ugh!

I used this company a few years ago and they were very good. THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE. I called in early June (around the 4th), My dishwasher was displaying an error message. I was told that due to COVID I would have to wait about 10 days for a visit (understandable). The technician (Evan, the owner's son) stated there was a slowly leaking valve. He did not have the part and it would have to be ordered. It was a Saturday. I was told an appointment could not be made till the part arrived. The part arrived the following Wednesday, and I was given an appointment for another 10 days. Evan arrived and told us the wrong part was ordered. I was told an appointment could not be made till the correct part arrived. It did 2 days later. I was given an appointment for yet another 10 days. I pointed out to the manager that is was due to an error on their part. She stated, extremely rudely throughout the coversation, it was not HER fault (DUHHH) and I would have to wait again (about 7-8 days). Even arrived and replaced the valve. The next day loading the dishwasher I found a part at the bottom of the dishwasher. (not a valve). After a few days another technician came and could not figure out what the part was. The next morning the same error that initially appeared again. I called a different repair service, who came in 2 days (JS Appliance in Miller Place) The technician for 2 non-functioning other parts AND a part that had been broken, that was glued back together. The cost of the repair made the dishwasher economically unfeasible to repair. It took 2 months to get to this point!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

He let me know when he was about 20 minutes away and arrived within 10 minutes of the beginning of the two hour window I had been given.? Within a few minutes, he had identified the problem and replaced a faulty valve.? After checking that full service was restored, he left me very relieved that I didn't need a new dishwasher.? He has helped me more than once with similar issues and is always prompt, professional and reassuring.

When a problem occurred they responded speedily, and resolved all of the problems with no additional charges. They reminded me that it was time to service my A/C before the season started, also at no additional cost. All told they have repaired a minor problem twice, and serviced my A/C (checking all of the fluids, the proper working of the system, changes the necessary filters, and even threw in a second A/C system for free for the pre season service....nice)

ALL TECH APPLIANCE IS AN EXTREMELY RELIABLE COMPANY THAT WILL TRY TO GIVE YOU SAME DAY SERVICE IF POSSIBLE. I HAVE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE TRUSTWORTHY AS WELL AS INEXPENSIVE.

IT CAN BE HARD TO REACH THEM AT TIMES WHEN I HAVE A REPAIR NEED. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM THEY COULD NOT REPAIR. THE SERVICE PEOPLE ARE COMPETENT TO HANDLE ANY PROBLEM.

I HAD CHECKED WITH SEVERAL PLACES, BEFORE FINDING ONE THAT COULD HELP. THE BURNER IS A SPECIAL KIND, BUT THEY WERE STILL ABLE TO TAKE THE OLD ONE OUT AND INSTALL THE NEW ONE IN RECORD TIME. THE NEW BURNER WORKS GREAT!

THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY NICE AND VERY EFFICIENT. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID A CLEAN JOB. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE.

ALL TECH APPLIANCE SVC DOES A FANTASTIC JOB. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY DO QUALITY WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY ARE KIND, COURTEOUS, AND WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU TO GET THE JOB DONE.
