Description of Work: Needed my den done. Wanted crown molding put in too. Dave the owner took care of it all. I didn't even have to go looking at moldings he did it for me. Fair price. Everyone is always looking for the cheapest not the best. They are the best! You get what you pay for and now I have a gorgeous den with crown molding!

Description of Work: They sent an estimator who measured the sun room 10x17. The room has 3 windows and only the frames needed a clean coat of paint; they are only are replacement windows. I asked for some bead board to be removed and replaced. The size of the bead board is 31" in height x 17feet in length. I went to L. I. Paneling where I purchased 2 Plywood Panels 8'x4' of pine wood plywood bead board, 3/8" thick same as the tongue and grove for $97.00, and hired a painter who charged me $550.00 to replace the bead board and paint the room in 3 days. Benjamin Moore Matte finish, 3 colors used. White for trim, sea foam for walls, and a darker shade of sea foam for the bead board. I also asked for an estimate for removing the bead board completely, patching up any holes left from nails then just paint the walls in Sea foam and all the trim and ceiling in flat white. I almost forgot my painter used Kilz primer before painting. All in 3 days, one painter, 54 years old and not a drop of paint anywhere. I will have him paint my entire house. 2100 square feet I'm guessing $2500. TO $3000 USING THE BEST BENJAMIN MOORE PAINT AND SPACKLING AND PLASTERING WHERE NEEDED. JOHN Z. 7/29/2014
