It was good, very good. The price included parts and service. I think they were reasonably priced.

They came out and had to go out about 40 feet to cut a lot of roots that were in the septic lines. They had to remove panels in our home to get into the septic lines. They worked the equipment out almost to the road to eliminate the blockages. They were neat, polite and they worked hard. They cleaned up after themselves and I will highly recommend them.

It was successfully repaired. What I would like to highlight, is that the person fixing it, Mike, i believe, went far and beyond and largely exceeded expectations.

They called to see if they could actually arrive earlier than scheduled which was wonderful. Both men, Douglas and Tommy, had been to my residence before and they are very efficient, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. And they're nice guys. Overall I gave them an A, excellent rating. A little high in pricing but their knowledge and efficiency make up for that. I feel safe with them working on the electric in my house and that compensates for the slightly higher cost. It was pouring rain so they brought booties to place over their shoes to protect my floors...very thoughtful and appreciated. I will continue to use Universe's services as I am very pleased with them.

The tech came out and drained my boiler and cleaned out the pipes. The next day I had a flood in my basement. When I called Universe they charged me to fix the leak that was caused by there tech when he drained the boiler. They said how do they know there guy is the one who broke it. He was there less than 24 hrs ago!! They're a bunch of scammers!!

Very satisfied. Also purchased service contract.

Sean Reeves arrived well before I expected and gave me an estimates on various alternatives. Very friendly and had a smile on his face. I would definitely hire them again.

I wasn't paying that much to unscrew a pipe and replace it.

Techs dropped the first water heater and had to go back and get a new one. Price was high, not reasonable. Techs were extremely nice.

Have a yearly contract for maintenance $331.31.

Our service tech (Thomas) was a pleasure and he took the time to do a professional job on our plumbing.

Excellently from start to finish - from the initial call for service to repair, to the thorough clean-up at the end of the day of the new installation. The crew and their supervisor Tim were friendly, punctual, and efficient. Our new system is a great improvement- much quieter, better air-flow, better cooling.

John came over and explained all the options for fixing our dying central a/c system. He patiently answered all of my questions. Kathy at the office took care of all the permits we needed. The techs came on time and were very professional. I can't believe how cool our house is!!!!

Very good at this time, thanks to the main office, the plumber was always nice. The problem had to do with scheduling after the memorial day weekend.

On a Monday I called Universe plumbing to check a leak in my basement bathroom. They came on Tuesday and charged me $119.00 for an estimate related to the leaky pipe. A young man named Jay gave me the $440.00 written cost to repair the pipe, I agreed to allow him to start the work, which he started on the Thursday before Memorial Day. He was at my house for at least three hours before he informed he would need to open my ceiling in order to pull the old pipe out. When I gave him permission he cracked my ceiling then told me he did not have the plumbing part he needed to fix the pipe and he could not obtain the order (for the pipe) after calling “three plumbing supply stores”. I was told that order would not be available until “after Memorial day”. In any event that would be at least four days away and my family would have to go through Memorial Day weekend with an open cracked ceiling with a missing heat pipe that was at least capped. Well the Tuesday after Memorial Day I called Universe to find out if they had received the plumbing part, at first I was told they did not have it after speaking to a guy named Steve. Later after two more calls to Steve I was told they did have the plumbing part, however there was no mention of when the plumbing part could be installed. After another call to Universe later that day, Steve told me a plumber would come the next day between 10am to 2pm. I asked if he could send a “Master plumber” because I did not get the impression that “Jay could fix the pipe”. I was told another plumber would come. Fast forward to Wednesday, I called Universe at 12:30pm hoping they would come to my home as they stated, first of all Steve could not come to the phone and promised to call me in 10 minutes. Needless to say he never called. I called him and he gave another excuse and informed me he could not send anyone today but would send “someone tomorrow”. They have incompetent plumbers and rude service . Also on their business phone it states a “free estimate” then when they come out you are charged a fee. I believe that they wanted more money so they tried to discontinue the job. Let the Buyer beware of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are amazing. I use them every year! They allow me to split my annual fee in 3 payments which helps me out. I can call them at 8am and someone will be at my home by 930!

John met with us to do an estimate and was so helpful. Answered all of our questions, explained all of our options and put together a reasonable quote. We had an apt scheduled for a week later but they had a cancellation and we were able to get the job done next day. The team showed up on time with 9 guys. They were all so polite, informative, professional and friendly. The work they did was clean and efficient. Great team! Cannot say enough wonderful things.

They did a great job and I appreciate them being able to come in a day before a holiday, it was the day before Thanksgiving. They gave me suggestions on doing repairs verses patch up jobs. I appropriated his suggestions as it will continue to be the same problem if it keeps getting patched. They are coming back in a few days to replace the faucet. He was able to give me all the company info and their website as well. He was courteous and was on time. (The service was around $190.00)

Universe came twice to my house. The first time they came was for a diagnostic call and they charged about $130 for the service fee. The plumber diagnosed the problem and identified a reasonable solution and also outlined alternative solutions. This plumber was called in for a second opinion because a previous plumber had told me that I needed to replace the entire toilet bowl that would've cost me over $1000 (because of the type of toilet it is). Universal was able to save me money by outlining an alternate plan that would just as easily accomplish the job. I decided to move ahead and order the parts with Universe and when the parts arrived 2 days later, they came back to my house and installed the new parts. My toilet is now working perfectly. The plumber (at no additional cost) also evaluated the rest of the toilets in my house and gave me a fair assessment saying that they were still in good condition and didn't need any work on them. The only reason that I am giving the contractor a B on price is because of the high service fee, although it was given as a credit towards the parts since I decided to move forward with the work.

Called they set up an appointment and were right in time we had to have them come back as the showers were still hot but they came back the next day with no hesitation and completed task.

Diagnosed broken ice machine in Fridge/Freezer. After finding the part, he consulted with us on the price and we decided to have him order and install for us. Mike was extremely professional and even gave us advise on appliances for the future and a contract for our entire unit. I will definitely be renewing the contract and calling them with any future needs.

Technicians took their time and did an excellent job

What a caring and intelligent young man. He was determined to find the long-lasting solution, and not afraid to be aboard a house barge (which is what I live on), having dome much work aboard other vessels. I would not hesitate a heartbeat to recommend him to any one!
