Description of Work: They were repairing a Kitchenaid stove. I gave them the problem code which appeared on the control panel. The service center indicated it was a control board that needed replacement. The first service tech did not do a thing, gave me a price, informed me he had to order a control panel and then ahold me to buy a new stove. It would be less expensive than the repair. I rescheduled with another technician who performed the repair. He was very professional, neat and accommodating. Description of Work: Estimate was outrageous. I've come to realize, your estimate is based on the perception of the person giving you an estimate. They think you are naive they will drive up the price. They might have incredible installers, be very professional but expect to pay a premium. If you have money to spend, finance through them. If you want to save money and keep the same level of professional, keep looking through Angie's list and BBB. Don't go too cheap, it will only cost you at the end.

Description of Work: I had two ductless units installed in my home. The install was a bit atypical, and required some creative pipework. Universe did a wonderful job of installing it and hiding it to the best of their ability. From the moment I called their office, Veronica was a wonderful help to me and had someone come out right away to quote me. Their sales rep was very knowledgeable and knew a lot about proper installation and the equipment. They were able to set up an immediate install (within 2 days!) and the team that came was courteous, clean, and efficient. The only thing I wish, is that the team that installed knew more about my specific equipment. The manuals are not that specific about the usage of the equipment, and I have been winging it. That being said, it still works great, and I am glad that I used them!
