Description of Work: Replaced two bathroom faucets and one kitchen faucet. Replaced shower and bathtub faucets, replaced some valves and supply lines. Snaked drains for all of this. They did a great job, very professional, neat, and communicated with me during the time they were here. The cost included the faucets and bath fixtures too. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend them to others. When I had to call them again in August for another plumbing issue, they responded right away. A+ for service!

Description of Work: The young man, Tommy, who was sent to me specifically because he knows about plumbing on a boat, was top-notch! With a minor adjustment to my existing plumbing he made my toilet flush correctly again, after I had struggled with it for many months! |He was professional, caring and smart as a whip! I'm very, very pleased with this service! And they will be my "go-to" plumber in the future.

Description of Work: We are having problems with our ac. They came right out, seemed to make a thorough diagnostic, and have understandable feedback. The technician took pictures for the report and to email me. It took three days and multiple phone calls on my part to get the pictures and the quote for the actual work. That was very frustrating.

The plumber finished a job earlier than expected so they called to see if I would be interested in having him come to my house earlier. This was very much appreciated and very helpful.

Description of Work: Converted from oil to natural gas heating. Universe also removed my old oil tank and installed a new hot water heater. From the date of getting my in-home estimate to job completion was about a week. Couldn't have asked for anything faster. The only reason I gave them a B for price was because they weren't the cheapest estimate I got. Having said that, their work was top-notch and I didn't mind paying a little more for it.

Description of Work: They installed a new water heater... They came the same day I called to inspect and set up the installation the next day. The installation went very well. The service tech was very professional. He checked everything out explaining the nuances of the new heater. He was courteous, considerate and left the are of the heater cleaner than he arrived.

Description of Work: They increased our electrical panel and did some electrical wiring. They were excellent, very friendly, kind and professional! They cleaned up after themselves and did not mess up my flowers. Brian and Tazi were the gentlemen that assisted me.

Description of Work: Four years ago universe installed a/c splits in my house. When it went to turn them on this year Half of the splits did not blow any cold air. I called the universe they came in evaluated the situation and I and fixed the problem and really stood behind their work.

He told us we got a lot of years from it Which we did 30 plus years. What I like the most he was honest.

Description of Work: I had a coupon for them to clean and check the A/C which I hadn't done in years. Also, I have a contract with them for my furnace, so he checked over that, too. He was very clean and thorough. He told me my unit was old, it is about 24yrs old, and I could no longer get parts for it. |However, he said it's still running clean and don't panic over it. Very low key. Showed me different offers his company had but, didn't push them.

Description of Work: corrected a problem with waterflow into machine. Representative knew immediately what problem was which had nothing to do with the washing machine itself. It had to do with connective hoses to machine. A flood safety device which was defective.Representative was very efficient and knowledgeable. Only negative was that I had to call rep back because hoses were not tightened sufficiently so I had a minor leakage problem which he corrected upon his return to resolve.
